C.Amazing service, easy website and friendly communication. I was a first time buyer and received my beautifully presented box of yummy tamarillos as promised the following day by a very happy nz courier driver. Plus a free twisted cotton tea towel and a wee yummy. Instead of sending flowers for special occasions I will be will be thinking of one of twisted citrus boxes instead. L.I loved the fingerlimes received - and in such great condition and care taken with packaging. We had a huge hiccup with the courier company losing the parcel, but as soon as Bron at Twisted Citrus found out she promptly had another package sent to me on urgent delivery. I thought it was fantastic service at the beginning, but them the way this company responded to someone else's error to ensure I was looked after was amazing. Much appreciated and look forward to more gorgeous parcels coming!
