Reviews of Hamilton Farmers' Market
J.
Fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, milk and so on. Tasty sweets!!
M.
What an amazing and beautiful event. Such a beautiful display of local produce. The selection of fresh fish, meat, bread and veges. Definitely worth a visit 💓
V.
Great selection of local produce at a very reasonable price. The market also offers more variety than the Cambridge farmer's market. Some stalls even appeared in both markets.
s.
With local shop owners and some great vibes. This Hamilton farmer's market is a beautiful little community that gives fresh produce, and a good jolly breakfast for a good Sunday morning. Gets you set for the week and to take on what may come.
P.
One of the best places for morning coffee & grub, friendly local farmers & great food from the food trucks. Be sure to follow their facebook page to know the specials for the week, if any too. I always got fresh bread from Volare Bakery for a really good price too, which was amazing. The fresh pasta made on the spot was to die for, and the honey sold there is amazing. The granola is amazing too, and I miss it a lot. Brought back quite a bit for my family & they love it so much.
Don't miss out on this! It's only available on Sundays.
R.
Fantastic real produce market. I have many things to state about this place. But some of my favourites are organic A2 milk, volare bread and Beckys cake. If you run out of cash, there was a eftpos service where they can charge you 2$ to get the cash. Really handy to buy vegetables and other stuffs. Fried burger was really tasty. And the hot beverages were good entertainer to sit and relax. One final thing if you need country eggs then this is the right place. You have play ground for kids in 1 km. Overall good Sunday visit.
Q.
Great selection of stalls that sell a variety of things, mainly edibles and plants. Your typical farmers market, except that it's held indoors which means you're covered from the rain! Selection of giant games and tables around the front and back of the building; family friendly and a great place to buy lunch.
A.
Lovely atmosphere and fresh produce. My wife and I enjoy going there with our daughter from time to time. Not only to buy fresh stuff, but also our daughter enjoys playing there and enjoy the live music. We enjoy the good coffee.
Tip: If you use a mug for coffee, you save $0.50c
R.
This market is every Sunday and we'll worth visiting if you like your fresh organic veges and dairy products. Some very good food stalls for foodies too. Most of it is under cover so any time of year is good for shopping. Come on over! Heaps of good parking and some great music too. Highly recommended.
S.
It may have been the season but I was expecting slightly more fresh produce. Volare have a stall of amazing sourdough breads and some lovely pastries so well worth it for that.
T.
Excellent mix of stalls and good prices. I will go again
L.
A small market, prices are higher than the supermarkets which is ok if you get the quality. Was disappointed with the bok choy which looked ok until I got home and prepared to cook it and found a multitude of slugs living inside the leaves. Not a big variety of items.
L.
Cool farmers market few vendors, great atmosphere.
J.
Variety of food stalls including organic. Also some plants
P.
Excellent produce for sale everything you would need for great home cooking. And some nice specialty products for a treat. Great food stalls to tame the tummy while you walk around.
r.
Nice place to go. But not many sellers due to c19
D.
Great place to shop direct from the farmers for fresh eggs, fresh fruit and vegetables and many more stalls. Food carts also for those delicious breakfasts, my favorite Unique Food Geeks.
K.
Lovely place ... Every Sunday from 08.00 to 12.00. Fresh veggies, avocados, eggs, fruit, fish, meats, pastries, A2 milk, homemade jams and relishes, breads, honey, seedlings, plants, freshly cooked hot-dogs and other food and produce.
Yep, almost anything!
Delicious.
Quite bad tension between stall-holders and organisers, unfortunately.
R.
Great fresh produce and food options. Vendors are friendly and there are good onsite options for coffee. Most of the market is covered making it far more easy to attend through winter.
m.
I love going to the Sunday Farmer's Market.
Fresh locally owned and grown produce. It's great to support local people and to meet the people were your produce is coming from. Not support huge companies who are only interested in profits, not people.
R.
Every Sunday morning I go here specially for the A2 Jersey milk and theres this nice foreign guy there that makes primo as hand crafted cheese (highly recommend) good for a sniff too usually see a few honeys about 👌
Y.
Always the best place for coffee food fruit and vegetables and today we had beautiful lavender from Cambridge.
k.
set in a lovely old wooden building on the claudelands site, so no problem if it's raining
lots of excellent local produce to choose from and a selection of hot food and drink to keep out the winter chills
E.
Some lovely fresh foods
Q.
Great place to get fresh produce at a reasonable price in Hamilton. Especially good for fruits, in particular watermelon and blue berries in summer. You pay a slight premium for the majority of the things sold here, but they are directly from the farmers and usually of greater quality. There are also some food stalls here which serve up some interesting options.
D.
Small but some great produce.
T.
Fresh cheap organic seasonal fruit and veg. Boutique cheese, honey, bread and Lillie's...delicious...ka pai...Perfecto!
P.
Have been going nearly every weekend so far this summer. Gr8 stalls n food to like. Veggies r a GD reasonable 👌 prices. Music to boot. Awesome atmosphere make a date and enjoy.
S.
I love going to Hamiltons farmers market every Sunday morning. The fresh produce is really amazing and you get seasonal veges and fruits which is awesome. One day I found a guy selling custard apples!! It made my day!!
H.
Big fan of this place. Some good live music, well set up in a little barn, nice range of stalls. Had a great steak sandwich and bought some nice bits you wouldn't find in most supermarkets. Worth going on a Sunday
D.
Our weekly stop on a weekend to get fresh vegetables and to get some amazing coffee. Lots of local fresh produce.
K.
Very friendly with great produce
E.
Sometimes small amount varies but generally the same community and good variety of stalls. Always good entertainment and packed with people. Great food options. Fairly accessible but there is gravel paths and sometimes mud.
J.
Saw two organic stalls for veggies, a couple of stalls for spray free fruits and veggies, tried good fruit cake at the cake stall and the ambience was very relaxed with lots of outdoor tables with families enjoying their organic coffees. Also has an eftpos machine to take out cash for a $2 fee incase you forget to bring cash.
A.
Fabulous morning outing for the family. Buy your fresh fruit and veggies, enjoy a cuppa or freshly squeezed juice while listening to various local artists singing. Pick up farm fresh eggs and freshly baked bread on your way out.
M.
Friendly shop owners. Great products
K.
It's simply great. Love the vibe, local and fresh fruits and veges, good quality meat and fish and amazing fresh pasta and food. These are all worth paying the extra money. Highly recommended specially because everything is local. #buylocal #eatlocal

Since the move to Claudelands Park the farmers market has flourished more and more. There are always talented local buskers to entertain you while you find great local produce and creations. There's plenty of seating too, so it's a lovely space to sit and relax with a coffee on a Sunday morning!
D.
Very tasty coffee vans, delicous pastries to have with it. Some good fresh produce, live music when we went, slightly lacking in savoury food options currently.
A.

Cute lil market, not sure if other local holders were on Easter break however bit of everything. Nice starter to my Easter.
M.
We had a nice time there, grabbed some Breakfast, sat in the sun on the grass eating. Then over to the park for a play with miss 3. Not a massive range of food stalls but still an enjoyable morning.
