R.Great place to explore what people have on sale, with a large variety of food for sale and cool ornaments and trinkets around too, just a good market!
S.Great market lots of options and mostly organic
S.Went to have some scissors sharpened which were done while we went for a coffee. Would recommend Andrew to do this job. Excellent service. Bought sone deliciously sweet fresh blackberries.
N.Many delicious things scattered about. We loved the sourdough breads and the cherries we found. The selection was limited particularly given how many farms are in the area selling things on the side of the roads. Was hoping for a bit more selection but may have been specific to the day we went.
P.Very nice market! You can find so many different things, food and from so many different countries and varieties. Good vegan friendly food too! - need few rubbish bins though... Hopefully with recycling.
R.Friendly people! Wide range of items on sale. Look out for the sand and seeds art works. Amazing colours and designs using local sand from beaches and rivers. You simply must try the Dutch Apples .... one sample and you will be back for more (we even went back the next day during the Collectables Market for more Dutch Apples!)
D.Wonderful market with local goods. The pie place is the best - delicious, healthy, and a new spin on flavors. Quality market all around!
R.This is a small market, but there are a couple of noteworthy food trucks. One is the place that sells Cuban sandwiches, authentic and absolutely delicious. Nearby is Nyama which sells South African food. We especially enjoyed the sandwich roll made with boerewors, a South African sausage with a meatball-like texture, and a sauce made with peppers. We haven't tried the other items yet but they look good. Right across the way is a truck selling excellent Don Rodrigo breads. These three places alone make it well worth a visit!
J.Loving the cheap veges and the carefree environment. I find it a lot more enjoyable than the Saturday markets as you're not surrounded by a crowd of people.
G.Very busy. Great fresh fruit. Unusual to find pay as you go clean attended public toilets in addition to the free ones outside.
J.Every Wednesday in the centre of town. Fresh local produce at a good price. Plenty of food stalls for lunch or a snack too.
