L.As your travelling to Whakatane, you have to stop off here and pick up some strawberries, embracing the PYO movement.
A fantastic juicy and sweet product which, having been out of the sun all day had turned the skin a bright deep red.
Reasonable priced per kilo.
$4.50 for a proper frozen fruit crushed ice cream with a waffle cone for added delight.
Plenty of seating area outside, and a toilet is available.
