Central Whanganui location. Just 2 mins out of the CBD, Shane is very helpful and greets you with a smile and provides information on what's available. There are three large sheds and they have a variety fruits and vegetables. Ideally picking season is from XMAS time to late April, very competitive prices and quality you can't beat. Whole you're there you can also have your children enjoy the chicken, lamb and ducks around in the paddock. Update 2022 February - Shane is awesome as always. Very responsive to messages and good wholesale prices, highly recommended.

Friendly, and fully recommended for any age. Great chat and learned a lot about the operation. Not much in season at the moment (cucumbers) but it a wonderful stop. The light rain was no obstacle as tha access between the green houses is very good.

Very good place for fresh vegetables

Best place to go for vegetable picking. Wide variety of rare vegetables available here. Shane guides you through it, proper and adequate explanation given to visitors about what to do and how to do. Fresh vegetables at affordable price. Will go again.

Took a couple of ladies out to Whanganui, to this greenhouse, to get some green chillies, bitter melons, gourds, and lemons. Great day we had out, will be out there in 3 months time.

It doesn't get any fresher than this !!! Beautiful veg and friendly service. Come and pick your own chillies later in the season. A hidden gem well worth seeking out.
