M.Great market with a range of stalls selling fresh veg, fruits, berries, herbs, eggs, cheeses, salami and fish. Also a stall with seedlings - tomato's, chilli's, capsicum, zucchini etc. Opens at 6am so awesome for the early bird.
B.Great place to pick up 'home grown' veges..very popular Sat event in Central Whangarei (Water Street carpark)
C.We go most weekends. Great people to buy your fruit and vegetables from. We also buy our plants from there. Good and healthy plants always grow well. I buy produce from there and post to family such good value
B.Good selection of fresh vegs. Better than supermarket
F.A cozy market. You will find all you need, and most comes so fresh from the field or from the garden. You can have breakfast and drink lot's of good coffee. It's only a pity that they start so incredibly early on Saturday.

R.Lovely fresh produce. Didn't seem as many stall holders this morning but maybe that is because of the long weekend. Very popular and pleased to see the covid sign out but not so pleased to see how few were using it.
E.Great diversity of organic and... vegetables/herbs and fruit stalls, commonly known and much less known, complemented by select seafood, sausage, cheese, eggs honey and plants/flowers stalls. Produce from Kaitaia to Matapouri and between. Fresh coffee on site and fresh pastries and bread across the road complete the 6-10am experience.
K.Awesome little market with seasonal local produce. Got some probiotic chill sauce which is incredible and everything else you'd expect to find at a growers market. Some tips: take along bags or a basket, go early if you want eggs as they're usually sold out first (before 8am) and park by the library as the parking by the market fills quickly! Don't forget to stop at the Hare Krishna's for a delicious veg samosa - can't miss the queue!

P.Lovely fresh produce, friendly and helpful stall holders. Make sure you get your coffee here, the altura guy is awesome. Before you leave cross the road and get some delicious croissants and pastries from the community cafe. So so good.

B.This is a really cute little farmer's market in the heart of Whangarei right next to the library. The growers here are all locals making it a real community-based market.
It is advisable that you arrive early like pre 9am to get all the good fruit and veg or be left hanging!

B.The best marketplace around. Just good quality fruit and vege produce, organic meats, cheese, nuts and the absolute freshest seafood. You won't find a better price either.
