This business has a great layout and excellent, helpful and friendly customer service. Have to make a special mention of Beth: she has a wonderfully welcoming personality. This company really know how to treat customers. My next gazebo purchase will be from this company.

We are very happy with our 3x3 gazebo purchased in March and our recent purchase of extra sides. Great service and staff.

Unfortunately the canopy ripped within 12 months of use, but after a number of conversations with Blackhawke Gazebos, they agreed that they would replace it under warranty. They have also since altered the design of the canopy to be stronger where it had ripped to prevent future issues. Well done for their response.

Very helpful and friendly team, and got a free upgrade to a better Gazebo than purchased as my preferred colour wasn't in stock. One small error in a missing weight bag, but the team looked after me with that and promptly sent a replacement. Definitely a quality product and a good business to deal with.

We were very happy with the service and the product supplied! The lady who we spoke to for the order, was very helpful and answered all questions and queries as this product differed from original that we were used to! I have to admit she was 100% correct in her explanation! Thanks,

The Blackhawk team has provided exceptional service 3 times now. 1st time purchasing the gazebo, 2nd and 3rd times replacing damaged and lost parts. Excellent communication and prompt delivery.

Beth was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. Our car club has had dealings with her and we are now getting our caravan club to also look at doing the same. Our wheel cover is fantastic. Thanks Beth love ya work.
