R.We have had amazingly exceptional service from Roderigo at BO Concepts. He has been so great to deal with from the beginning to even after we received our delivery. He made an extra effort to check on things and what did we think of the new furniture at our new house. He even offered suggestions re accessorizing with plants and ornaments in our living room. Very very happy with the service from Roderigo

G.Upon purchasing a new home in Nelson I made the decision to acquire all new furniture for dining, lounge and office rooms. Working with Rodrigo Vidal was an absolute delight. He came up with suggestions of not only furniture but also additional furnishings to compliment and complete each room, and the end result is stylish, contemporary and timeless. Rodrigo expanded my thinking in terms of colours and textures, and the end result is superb. Additionally, the service provided by Ben in regards delivery and then installation (2 days in Nelson) was personable and professional. AJ was the salesperson we dealt with; she assisted us with matching furniture to our requirements and then did a home consultation to complete the selection. We were impressed and pleased with AJ's knowledge and recommendations; we have now been enjoying our new furniture for some months. Highly recommended!
R.We were recommended BoConcept by our Cambridge interior designer and were'nt disappointed. We quickly recognised quality and Rodrigo was very helpful. He could soon sense what type of chair we were looking for and I guess, taking our age into account, recommended the perfect chair for comfort and the colour to go with our decor. While the price did seem high at the time we are very delighted with the finished chairs and their comfort.

The furniture is of course pricey and not to everyone's taste, but the sales people are not pushy and do not pester you to make a purchase. You can make your own decision as to what you want to get.
P.We have owned quality furniture from BoConcept for a number of years and recently needed to effect a repair. The team lead by Annaliese Murrell provided a first class service in managing this work. It is certainly rewarding having great furniture backed up by such a high level of service.
