Last year we ordered, & installed, 5 bookcases which were very well made & well priced, simply the best around at the time. We were so satisfied with Catchers product that we have just placed another order for a bookcase/desk for my Art Room - which we eagerly await the arrival of. S. R.I bought a dressing table last. Product is good but very much disappointed about quality of customer service. I was asked to carry 1 piece of glass in my Car which was unpacked. I declined to carry in my car without packaging due to safety. My friend went to collect from the store next day but one piece(glass) was missing. One of the staff told that it was my responsibility to check not them. I sent my friend again to collect the piece of glass again.
They are so unprofessional and displayed bad attitude towards my friend. So frustrated.

S. C.We purchased a book case from Catchers about a year ago. The quality of the material and the workmanlike manner in which it was assembled (yes all furniture comes pre-assembled!) overshadows the price you pay significantly.
The quality is such that it will become a life-long furniture piece, as opposed to the the "for-now" furniture pieces you purchase for similar prices from the big retailers.
I would definitely recommend Catchers bookcases for both starter and established homes. Great price and you get more than what you pay for.
