Have had the best experience with quick response to all our queries. Furniture is unlike the stock standard that can be found in NZ stores and is more fit to purpose for smaller houses and spaces which is awesome because there is a massive lack of this in NZ.

Not sure how we came to know of Catchers - but, I am so glad we found them. Last year we ordered, & installed, 5 bookcases which were very well made & well priced, simply the best around at the time. We were so satisfied with Catchers product that we have just placed another order for a bookcase/desk for my Art Room - which we eagerly await the arrival of. A good company to deal with, and I can highly recommend.

The best $500 dollars ($250 x 2) I spent. I brought two "Alice" model type C bookcase/bookshelf. They just changed my room's clutter. Best services. Best delivery you could ask for. I bought a dressing table last. Product is good but very much disappointed about quality of customer service. I was asked to carry 1 piece of glass in my Car which was unpacked. I declined to carry in my car without packaging due to safety. My friend went to collect from the store next day but one piece(glass) was missing. One of the staff told that it was my responsibility to check not them. I sent my friend again to collect the piece of glass again. They are so unprofessional and displayed bad attitude towards my friend. So frustrated. Regards Shafik I am very pleased to get a call from the management of Catchers today. They have done everything for me and i am 100% satisfied. It was a common mistake from both sides. I will go there soon to buy few more furniture because design and price are excellent. We purchased a book case from Catchers about a year ago. The quality of the material and the workmanlike manner in which it was assembled (yes all furniture comes pre-assembled!) overshadows the price you pay significantly. The quality is such that it will become a life-long furniture piece, as opposed to the the "for-now" furniture pieces you purchase for similar prices from the big retailers. I would definitely recommend Catchers bookcases for both starter and established homes. Great price and you get more than what you pay for.

Recently bought a white free standing mirror. When opened the package the mirror was broken gave them a call and sent an email of the damaged product. They delivered the brand new product the same day. Such an excellent customer service.
