S.Well packed and fast delivery despite current Covid19 outbreak. Delivery cost not more expensive than others (that said, delivery charges are now expensive throughout NZ like many other things). I gave 4 stars because there were a few slight scratch marks and dimples in the wooden chair that I received - thankfully they are not too obvious unless one has a keen eye. Well worth a visit to the store especially if you are in Auckland and looking for replica furniture - just make sure that item you buy is in top condition if you are particular about the slightest defects.
R.Awesome furniture, really high quality look and feel with good prices. Service and delivery timeframes in these covid times were as promised which is a first and much better than big-named stores! Will definitely be looking at more furniture from Zan and the guys here.

D.A+++ customer service. My partner and I didn't like the colour of a custom couch we selected (our couch was made to order). Zac let us swap the couch for the display version, which was a different colour, no questions asked. We got an epic couch. Great quality, extremely comfortable. Will be back for more!
