We really appreciated the professional, courteous and knowledgeable service we received at Design Concepts. We were given sound advice and time to think to make an informed decision. The prompt no nonsense delivery service complimented the quality of service re received in the shop. I especially like the fact our couch is constructed from light durable and functional metal and material. The white powder coating just sets it off perfectly. Looking forward to returning to purchase a couple of ottomans and a dining table and chairs.

We have purchased several items from Design Concepts and they look as good now as the day we got them. They have a good range of quality outdoor furniture and it’s not as expensive as some of the other high end stores. Friendly staff too. We’ll be back to get a couple more pieces to complete our outdoor area. Highly recommend.

We had looked at several outdoor furniture retailers before visiting Design Concepts. We found the build quality extremely good, price seemed reasonable considering all the fabrics used were high quality UV/weather resistant from reputable stockists and frames were built for outdoor use. Also good to know was that the fabrics and frame colours could be whatever you wanted. The customer service was excellent - good information and extremely helpful. The owner could not have done more for us - assembling the furniture prior to delivery and even offering to come over and remove the packing etc when ready. We would definitely recommend Design Concepts to our friends and be a returning customer ourselves.

Fantastic designer collection at very reasonable prices. In fact many of their designer pieces are priced similar to what you pay in your average boring mid-priced furniture store, yet they are stylish, gorgeous & unique. The owner is normally there to great you and the service is superb. 2 thumbs up from me.

What attracted me was that the umbrella came with a tidy looking heavy stone base on 4 wheels. Made life a lot easier to move the umbrella to follow the sun. So far its doing the job as expected as soon as it gets too windy I give her a rest, otherwise she'll only fall flat on her face.
