Best customer service! We had a concrete table from DW with a broken leg that was older but otherwise in great condition. Jamie managed to track down a spare leg in the warehouse and gave it to us for free, and now the table is as good as new!

Great selection of furniture indoor and out-door, tables seating sets, fireplaces settings, and design elements to make an impact. Great indoor easy parking too off the rear road.

Wish I could buy all our furniture from here! It's hard to choose when there is so much variety and every single piece looks amazing! Top quality furniture, you pay for quality and design. Great staff have been super helpful and we will probably visit again soon!

Nothing was ever a problem and they were quite helpful in aiding us and showing us around when we liked something but wanted something a bit different in particular ways. Highly recommend. Lovely place. Helpful staff. Delivery team were very helpful also in getting what was quite a heavy table into place. End to end service with great follow up via phone and email.

Massive store. Huge selection of outdoor (and now some indoor) furniture. Free to browse, no sales pitch. Pricey but good quality. Italian supplier, so stuff has that European edge.

Bought a teak chair with cushion, which is indoor outdoor, but I will keep it indoors as it looks great with my existing lounge decor. The only problem is that my cat has decided it's her new sleeping place.

We have been purchasing furniture from Design Warehouse for more than 10 years and every piece has been beyond our expectations. I still use regularly pieces I purchased probably 15 years ago and they are still like brand new. The style and elegance of these pieces never go out of style I recently purchased the teak bar table and stools, they are absolutely beautiful. The team in the shop went the extra mile for us during what has to be a really busy season. I would highly recommend DESIGN WAREHOUSE to anyone looking for outdoor furniture that will last the test of time and always look amazing. Thank you!

A veritable cornucopia of outdoor living furniture and ideas. Located just off Tamaki Drive down from the Parnell Rose gardens with ample parking and easy accessibility, the Design Warehouse is generously contained in a...well warehouse, spacious and airy. The selection/designs are numerous and cater for most styles and price points. Well thought out options or one off pieces are on offer here. Alternatively you can choose to mix and match to create your ideal set piece.

Fantastic range of quality outdoor furniture and superlative staff. They were all proactive, knowledgeable and helpful without being intrusive or pushy. A great team. I'd have confidence buying from there and will go back.

We ordered a Lutyens 3 seater bench. It arrived as promised. Very good quality item. BUT no seat cushions as we were led to believe by the advertising on the web site page for the actual product. So, a quality product purchase experience spoilt by a lack of responsible, straight forward advertising. If I ever purchase anything else, I will be much more circumspect.

I ordered an outdoor seat that was delivered to Christchurch. It arrived damaged. I sent an email and got the following response: "I am very sorry to see the damage to your bench. We want your experience with our product to be a positive one. Unfortunately it appears very clearly that this is transit damage. I have copied in our [Transport] account manager who will arrange to get this uplifted and a new one delivered immediately. We will lodge a claim against them in this instance for the cost of a replacement bench." A new seat arrived about a week later and they took the damaged seat away. Can't ask for better service than that. Well done

Expensive as hell...cheaper to visit Bali, have a holiday and simply import the goods

Huge selection in their Parnell Warehouse. Did find them a bit on the expensive side but the quality was really high as well. You pay for what you get!
