I was one of those annoying customers....ordered sofa, then phoned back to change mind of colour, then another day went into the store and changed my mind completely for a different sofa. I was served by the ever so patient Shabbir. What a gentleman. Super helpful, professional, made me feel completely at ease with changing my mind several times, nothing was too much trouble for him. I can't tell you how much that meant - purchasing a sofa was a big financial deal for me and i felt bad for changing my mind along the way like that - there are many customer service/sales staff our there who would not have been as helpful and patient as Shabbir - I hope that his boss recognises great staff when they see it and ensure Shabbir is acknowledged accordingly.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Alot of furniture sold instore and interior wise they did a great job on setting the mood and theme. Prices can be a bit expensive compared to competitors but the quality and warranty supplied with the purchase is quite remarkable. They support interest free payments from 12 to 24 months but honestly it can change on your visit so don't take it as a guaranteed thing.

Nice large furniture shop. Very nice designs and variety of styles available. The colours are always trendy and wide variety is available too. Sales and discounts are there at times and easily availed. Staff is nice and helpful, often going out of the way to help one choose the right product. The location is handy and easily approachable. Ample parking is available but is shared with the nearby spotlight store, hence it can get busy too. Well recommended overall.

Staff were very friendly, eager to help and knowledgeable about their products. Love the homeware. Excellent store layout and the in-store cafe serves the best coffee. Only let down by the fact that the advertised product had not yet arrived in the shop so it was a partly wasted journey.

Nice variety at this store but when we purchased a buffet we still had to pay extra shipping costs even though we had to wait months to receive the item. I thought that the service could have been improved in this regard. But there are some very nice staff members there. And the cafe is awesome!

I apologize for the language used and outburst here. Thank you for the quick response and clarifying that there are no traces of harmful bugs in the box but rather just normal garden bugs which is normal if left in any part of the house. Product is good.

There is a decent variety of furniture if you want something there and then but I always consider it on the expensive side for what it is (compared to the flat pack company)
