The items offered by this trader are exclusive and of high quality. I have been looking for a leather electric recliner that can swivel for at least 4 months. No luck anywhere. I had almost given up and than I found just what I wanted at online8.co.nz in Manukau. My online questions were answered within minutes and the trade was straight forward and pleasant. Great service and quick delivery, highly recommended.

I bought a tallboy at the beginning of 2021 from Online 8. I was searching for a white, solid, tallboy. They delivered quickly the next day. The tallboy is of good craftsmanship and finish. The staff were great to deal with too. I would recommend Online8 for anyone looking for quality furniture at an affordable price.

Ordered a bedroom suite. Suite is solid and good looking. Pretty happy with it. Only issues I had with Online8 was a broken drawer with the chest of drawers which Online8 offered to replace, and also with shipping of the furniture. Unfortunately, Online8 ships with Mainfreight and it was an absolute nightmare getting the furniture to my place. Although I paid for delivery to my house, Mainfreight made that incredibly difficult and in the end I picked up the furniture from my local depot. Online8 refunded me full shipping costs even though Mainfreight only refunded a partial refund to Online8. I applaud Online8 for their communication and customer service, despite many set backs regarding receiving my furniture. They did everything they could on their end. I hope they can change shipping companies in the future. I would buy from these guys again, and am already eyeing up some more furniture.

I wish there was a way to give Online8 more than 5 stars. The service, the communication, the products EVERYTHING was outstanding. We pre ordered our furniture and it all arrived right on time and delivered to out new home. The photographs were true to it's product and I will now be using Online8 as my first source for everything. Fantastic service, Extremely fast shipping, Excellent product. I messaged Pradeep on Sunday night around 9pm to see if a bunk bed was an essential item to ship, he replied almost instantly and confirmed that it was and he could ship the next day. We ordered, got a tracking number within the hour and it was picked up by Mainfreight the next day! We received the bed in New Plymouth on Thursday - just in time for my stepdaughters birthday! The bed itself is incredibly well manufactured, so easy to put together and stronger & more stable than most beds we have found on the market - all for a great price!!!!
