Highly recommended!! Went there to buy bed for spare room but end up buying 2 beds from Varun. Very good customer service and product knowledge Beds delivered today within 10 days where as their competitors were giving 4 weeks for delivery. Special thanks to delivery team for helping us with our tricky stairs.

We have slept so much better from night one, and our back feel amazing (even though we are moving furniture and boxes or painting every single day). What an experience buying a super king bed from house of beds manukau. The knowledge of the product was amazing. Most places you go the sales rep tells you all about a products that you are not interested in. House of bed manukau will treat you differently, you will be heard, they try to understand you first, understand your needs and what your budget is. Trying to fit the best product that suits your pocket. I felt at ease at all times and asked a lot of questions. The best customer service at all times and one month later still happy to answer any questions. I recommend them to anyone buying a bed or a mattress....visit them before you swipe your cards elsewhere 😀

Top notch service from Ishan! From the get-go he has been easy to deal with and accommodating. This will be our third night sleeping on our comfy new mattresses. Their products are as displayed and tried at the showroom. We can't wait for our bases to arrive. We had to ask for a change from a queen base to split bases due to our house layout not allowing the queen base to go through the door. Thanks for being flexible and responsive.

Walked in and was greeted by an amazing young lady whose service was amazing!! Followed by her work college who also had awesome customer service. Thanks House of Beds Manukau for making my family and I feel welcome and comfortable. We look forward to receiving our bed soon!!!

After spending a whole day researching beds at six different retail places, this was the place where we purchased a bed. They are an outlet for Slumberzone products which are made in Wiri. It was based on excellent service from Harry, the right quality and the right price. He had endless patience, explained the different beds very clearly and didn't push us into a decision. There is a lot to know about the technical side of how beds are manufactured which can be quite bewildering at first. We also checked the internet which eliminated quite a few other retailers. I am very confident about our choice and any back up service which I doubt will be required. We also purchased two new Orthoright memory foam pillows which have cool gel on one side. They are supremely comfortable and should help with sinus issues. An extremely satisfied customer.

I lived in Weymouth, Auckland. Almost 2 years ago, we have a bought a double bed from them, so far doing very good without any complaints. I wanted to buy an another bed. After spending 1/2 day back and forth with many bedding showrooms. At end, I decided to go them again for space saver queen bed . I think my selection was right. They do, what they say.Not like other sales persons in the market. The sales guy ( Rahul ) wasn't available on the delivery day at showroom.But he make sure everything go according to the plan to deliver the bed in time. I am very happy with the bed which values for money. Finally it's local product which made in New Zealand.

If you are looking for a great bed, and excellent customer service, please go and visit Vikas and the team at HOB Rongotai. If you have chronic pain and/or orthopedic work on your spine, these great customer service salespeople will go the extra mile to find the right bed for you. In the end, (after 2.5 hours!) I finally chose the Aurora by Slumberzone and I didn't have to wait too long for delivery. Whether your purchase of a new bed is for your son or daughter with no health issues, or whether you, or someone you know, has many health issues, the expert advice and time spent with you at this store, ensures a great one time purchase of a bed that you can really enjoy!. Really good experience. Just got my bed delivered on time. Quality is amazing. NZ made Highly recommended.

They know what they are dealing with and we got what we were looking for from quite long time. Delivery boys were late than the date that we have expected and they also forget to bring the headboard so waited for few weeks but other than that everything was good.

Brought a bed from here and there are so many options for every budget. Very happy with my purchase. Went to get a queen bed but ended up getting a king bed.

Recently bought one bed from House of Bed Manukau. Satisfied with the Quality of bed n service of der staff especially Amit n team. Their promises were over expected the way they deal with der customers. I would highly recommend House of Bed. Thank u House of Bed.
