The chair is absolutely amazing. The store was quiet and I got service right away from the rep. I knew exactly what I wanted and the rep kindly put the chair in my car for me. Only negative, I got the arms separately that I ended putting into a grocery bag. I don't think this store sells direct to consumers that much.

We have ordered a lot of furniture and product from Hurdleys over the last few months. We received everything correctly and with a quick delivery even though Auckland is experiencing a lot of delivery delays. Staff we knowledgeable and efficient.

What an awesome chair! Great cushion and back support for long hours of work. Staff was so helpful and went above and beyond to swap chair base for my height. Highly recommend this great professional team and hassle free experience!

I have been looking around (pre Xmas) for chairs due to working from home. We used to buy office chairs from Warehouse Stationery, their chairs are cheap but flimsy and don't last once beyond 12 month warranty period. I came across this Hurdleys Office Furniture online, their office is centrally situated in a back street In Newmarket. So plenty pay and display parking spaces outside. You can also order online for delivery but as it was the Friday before Xmas, so I decided to go into the shop and see if I could find anything that's is on clearence. The lady Briar was sooooo helpful and friendly. Really appreciated it! Thank you heaps for her advice. Ended up buying the display models on clearance price, already assembled too. These are quality chairs, one could tell when I lifted them to put in the wagon, solid build. No wonder most of office chairs here are covered with 10 year warranty!! Multiple seating adjustment too, height, angle, recline and the back piece can go up and down to support the shoulder. We love these chairs, honestly!! And heavy duty one can take individual weighing up to 150kg. Solid stuff. Where as other outfits offer 1 year warranty only. Really happy with the purchase so far and this is truly the case here you get what you pay for and to be honest, if you buy the models that are on specials, you get really good values for money. Don't forget the 10 year warranty on most chair models. Highly recommended that you visit their website or store before making decisions, it will be worth it!

The chair arrived promptly, but the desk that was showing in stock at the time of ordering was actually delayed at the port. When the desk arrived it is very good quality but we could not assemble due to the bolts supplied not being long enough to attach the top to the legs. When this was explained to Hurdley's they arranged for bolts of the correct length to be dropped in our letter box that afternoon. The desk looks great and Hurdley's followed up a couple of days later with a box of chocolates for the inconvenience.

Adam Hurley is the nicest and the most genuine guy! I have so far bought 4 chairs from Hurleys Office Furniture and each and every one of them are worth the money. I needed a new desk for my small home office. I went hunting around and came to the Hurdleys website. It has exactly what I wanted and at a great price. It's a great solid desk and well made. As I run three large monitors for work, I needed something that could hold the monitor stand.

Having found a supplier for a chair for larger people Hurdleys was the only supplier of chairs. Right size right colour and delivered very fast would defiantly use the company again also tell other people of the chairs.

My husband purchased a chair for me on Monday which I received on Wednesday with custom ordered fabrics! Their services are efficient and very friendly. The chair is very comfortable and they have great selections in styles and colours of fabrics. Highly recommended.

Quality of the desk is very good, easy to assemble. Delivery took some time (before lockdown). Said in stock on website, but it took around 3 weeks + to arrive.

I was able to order a chair on Friday afternoon (at the cheapest price I could find anywhere) and have it delivered to me in palmerston north by monday. Bought a Office Chair from here, Great service very friendly and helpful. I am very happy indeed with my new chair. Being in Alert Level 3 again has had me sitting more than usual so I am very grateful that I made the purchase :-) Delivery was prompt and the driver was lovely - cheerful & friendly. I would have no hesitation in purchasing again.

Worth the money you pay for it. Comfortable and high quality product. Only recommendation would be to make the back more flexible, so it can be set to more positions. Currently it is adjustable to only 4 positions including vertical, somewhere around 75, 50 and 40 degrees.

I've had some hit and miss experiences with office furniture retailers. Sharp pricing always seems to be aligned with poor quality. Hi, In my wisdon I purchased a chair on line. Thinking about it decided to call Hurdleys to confirm that had chosen the best chair for my needs and was advised had I chosen the wrong chair and Adam explained why it was the wrong chair. Today we went to Hurdley’s office furniture shop in Newmarket. We were looked after like kings even if we only bought an computer desk chair. The explanation how to use it and the garantie was exceptional. Just right to feel happy when you leave the shop. The chair will be delivered and put together. Fantastic do not hesitate to pop in here you wont go wrong with this sort of old fashioned service and heaps to chose from.

Purchased one of their desks, easy process - delivery took longer than expected but I will blame that on COVID. Good desk however did not come with all the tools to build the desk which was annoying..

I purchased a Black Leather Office Chair earlier this year, 2021. I am very pleased with this product and it was delivered very promptly!

Delivery of office chair was prompt and efficient. However I have not found the angle of the cushioned seat very comfortable.
