Got three green velvet couches from iFurniture. I really like them. Better quality than I expected because I got a very good deal (some sale post Lockdown). The legs seem very strong. All you do is screw them in with screws (they're not twist on) and the sides and back hook onto metal attachments. It's pretty easy to assemble them with an electric screwdriver. When the boxes arrived I thought they looked too small but the packaging is actually super clever. Under the couch base is a hollow compartment the cushion backs, legs, one of the sides etc is stored inside. Then around it is packed another side and the back. So the box it comes in is easy to store if you're renovating like we were. Everyone has complimented our couches. The colour is so pretty.

Updated on 27/01/2022 I have upgraded to 3 stars, because at the store in Onehunga, we were helped by an awesome guy called Hugh who was so understanding. Not sure if it was his efforts or our continuous complaints over the phone that did the trick. The legs got fixed by another nice man David. Tempted to make it 4 or 5 stars, but nah the stress over the last few days was not good Comment on 24/1/2022 The couch was delivered on time , but no legs and no holes for the legs either. We rang customer service and raised a ticket . We were advised that the legs can be collected from the Warehouse, but we have to take the couch back to get the holes drilled at our costs. So if you are trying to save some money by buying from ifurniture, please don't, it is not worth it

Thrilled with my curtains. iFurniture did a beautiful job custom making curtains, sheers, roman blinds and roller blinds for my 3 bedroom house. They had a wide range of fabric to choose from and did a great job making them to order and installing them. The quality of the curtains and the workmanship far outweights the cost. I would recommend them to everyone if you are looking for custom curtains.

Buying a lounge suite online without a test drive was terrifying but since we live rural it was my easiest option. I'm really stoked with our super comfy modular sofa suite. It's so versatile and fits perfectly in our TV lounge. Happily surprised at the quality, for the price. Obviously not the highest quality, but great value. The assembly instructions are minimal, so if you struggle to build flat-pack furniture, that could be a problem. My only complaint is that the screwdriver in the package was not quite enough to screw in everything without a lot of frustration, and the chair I bought didn't come with the necessary hex key to assemble it, but luckily I had the tools at home to make it all run smoothly.

The furniture show room is one of the biggest in New Zealand. Has all the home and a office furniture you need on display. The prize is definitely arguably one of the best. The furniture is of a decent quality but sometimes can be faulty and comes with 1 year of warranty. They do home delivery as well but can be expensive if it is a one small piece of furniture and can be very cheap if you are buying lot of stuff.

Amazing selection of furniture, found so many styles and designs that would be selling at least 2x the price elsewhere. The customer service is good - they're busy but try hard so I wouldnt fault them. I bought a sofa - delivery was well communicated and item packaged tight and safe. If you can afford a little patience (because they were super busy on the Saturday I went) then it can definitely be worth your time.

I visited many times before purchasing the furniture of full of my house but never felt under any pressure to purchase. Finally chose two ranges, the FOUNDATION, CHRISTMAS and RENO sofas set which were delivered on time. The delivery men were fantastic and made sure nothing was damaged during delivery. Love the dresser I purchased. However, there customer service and organization skills need to be reflected. I was never informed my order was ready to be picked up and when I called the customer service center two weeks later I spoke to someone who was rude and hanged up on me. UPDATE - iFurniture have contacted me 13/05 and have agreed to refund the product, a very good outcome. Thank you for getting in touch with me in regards to this. In Feb 2020 I bought an office chair, easy pick up from their warehouse and good customer service in the shop, it couldn't be easier - BUT then it went downhill... In May, 3 months later, the padding on the seat chair became VERY VERY thin, it needs to be repaired or replaced. Just from looking at the chair it is obvious. This is not what I would expect after only 3 months. I wasn't sure what iFurniture would want to do (repair or refund) so I called them. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and told me to email photos and I would have a response in 48hours. All would have been good, except I didn't get a response. I have been calling and emailing for a week now after the 48hr period. No one answers the phones, going to voicemail each time. I have left voicemails, I have sent emails any still nothing. No contact at all. I am very disappointed. I contacted them in good faith to come up with a remedy (in accordance with the CGA 1993) but I have been completely blocked off. I thought this might be a once off situation, but reading the other reviews I see that I am not the first person to have such an experience, and I probably won't be the last. iFurniture, if you are reading this - please just call or email me so we can solve this.

GREAT PLACE! They advertise they are the best price and it shows! I was shopping for a sideboard to match my new table and found the one I really like for $1199 in Target. They are doing the autumn sale, so the price dropped to $999 which seemed like a good deal. But before buying, we decide to have a look at other shops so we came here. And I found THE SAME sideboard (even the same collection) here for $799! I was shocked! I really rejoice that I did not shop in a rush and made the right decision.

The price is good, Bought a solid pine queen bed at $199, because they start doing boxing day sale today. Pick up is available tomorrow, But delivery will be a few days later as the sales person said they are extremely busy during the sales season which is understandable. We decide to come again with all family members on Boxing Day.

We had heard about this place from my friends, and were told by them that we must go there and take a look first if we need any furniture for our new house. After that, we bought the dining set, bedroom suits, and couch from ifurniture, and received our furnitures today. Their delivery team also provided a great service too. Wonderful experience indeed... Very warm and friendly customer service. Initially when I entered the showroom I felt this is it looking at the size of it! So many varieties and at reasonable price. I wanted to get my mind around the mattresses so checked with Joel. He is such a wonderful sales guy honest and ever smiling. He helped me sort out the mattress and also helped me negotiate with the warehouse for pickup afterhours. Then Adam helped me strap the mattress to the top of my car. These guys are awesome! Reasonable price but I wouldn’t recommend outdoor furniture. The indoor furniture is a good price, modern and lasts but our outdoor “piha” suite has fallen to bits after two summers. It sits under a shade sail and is only outdoors 6 months of the year. The plastic weave has become so brittle the wind pulls it apart. The cost of the outdoor suite was under half of other places so I guess you need to weigh it up, I would expect higher quality than this though especially since I look after it and store it inside during winter months.

I purchased a bed and bedside table from H.....N..... in the morning and went to ifurniture after lunch. I found the exactly same product selling with much lower price. So I purchased from ifurniture and went back to the former shop to cancel the order. Its sad that they refused to cancel and refund. So I had to call ifurniture to cancel my order. It is smooth, no asking as they stated. Simply quote the invoice number and email them my bank account. I got the refund in 2 days. I can say those guys are really nice, busy, busy and busy in the shop, warm hearted and willing to help. Yes, maybe this is a busy new type of IKEA shop but selling those quality furniture.

It's been a while that we are buying furniture from here and I thought it's time I should write something. I have always preferred to go there. It's that communicating on phone could be a bit challenging(people can't read your mind 😊), however, if you know your sales person that makes life much easier (Nav is very helpful). Staff is very courteous and willing to help you. Quality and designs are good. However if you are looking for lounge and dinning furniture for a small family/place then it could be a challenge. Other than that its a great place to buy furniture from.. highly recommended.

I bought a WHOLE QUEEN SIZE bedroom combo at the spend of $599! the combo including 2 bed side table , one queen bed and a tallboy. All of them are made of solid pine. This is unbelievable price! the bed looks good, simple design, white colour. My budget was around 1,000 dollar before, but this shop helped saved $400. Worth going! Especially in public holiday week, I got this value combo at queen's birthday sale.

They were very nice to talk with and gave me a feeling that they were really going to action on my complaint. It was very professional, so for this I have changed from 1 star to 3 stars. Bought a 3 seater and 2 single seater recliners in full leather for just under $2000. A real bargain and love the couches. I had a problem with the zips and a I was replaced with a new arm. However this did not work and 2 weeks later I was sent a new single seater. Excellent service in the middle of the festive season.

I think some of the older reviews need to be taken with a grain of salt. I agree that you should go in to the shop to look as there are varying degrees of quality. But for the price that is to be expected. The table I bought was solid and went together very easily. The chairs are cool and were a great price, look exactly like ones from a more upmarket store for $30 each cheaper! The staff I dealt with were efficient and friendly.

I found the best price hanging chair in Auckland from ifurniture. Really amazing price, have campared with other shops, 100% sure are the same things. Doubting how could they sell at such a low price! it is incredible! Though they import from oversea, but there is still shipping fee + human cost. It is a miracle that a company squeeze the profit so much has been survived for 14 years. Worth to go.

Visited ifurniture in Thursday late night, purchased around $5k for my new property and the furniture delivered today. Now everything opened, assembled and sitting on the new sofa. Very happy with the purchase and service. The same thing may costs $9K or more in Harvey Norman and with cheaper deliver charge. I do not agree with some of the comments bellow. If you are a generous Kiwi like to be dealt easily, naturally, but not be skillfully followed, guided and squeezed, ifurniture is the best place.

Living in Auckland over 5 years and been notice this shop a couple of times in the past 3 year. I was so surprised how expensive the furniture in NZ until I found ifurniture. Purchased quite many for my own home and 2 invest properties. It have such a big range cover all different furniture, from super cheap MDF to top European made oak. My suggestion is do bit research before you buy, ifurniture always give the best value for the price.

The selection and price at the store was fantastic and everything was on show in the huge warehouse. We bought a quality 'Breeze' memory foam topped mattress at much below the cost in other high-street stores - very happy with our purchase so far.

Nav was so helpful and patient and emailed me with regular updates and sent me pics of different fabric options as I live in rural Northland. Got a new cheap bed and mattress (good one) from them. Shopping experience was nice, price was the lowest in Auckland, the items were delivered as promised, had no problem assembling the bed. Only drawback is that new bed have a pretty distinctive smell of chemicals (perhaps it's a wood glue or varnish). Well, this is what you got for only 120 bucks! Hope the smell will go soon. Very happy with my purchase otherwise.

My experience at ifurniture started off very badly, but Steve went out of his way to rectify situation, and he is the only reason I am changing this review. There is a bit of a story behind the purchase of the product, without going into the detail I have the following comments to make: 1. Generally the staff at ifurniture need to rethink their approach to customers. Having read heaps of other reviews on here, I'm not the only one to say that they should really take head at their attitudes. However I need to commend Steve, who turned the situation around and went out of his way for us. 2. The furniture we purchased is of reasonable quality at a good price, and just what we were looking for our dining area. With that said, I'm not sure I will purchase from ifurniture again, I would probably prefer to pay a bit more knowing that the customer service would be a better experience at another retailer.

I arrived Auckland three months ago, my local friend recommended ifurniture to me, they bought the whole house's furniture from there. Their price is really good. If you have visited other furniture stores in Auckland before, then once you came to them, you will be suprised at the unbelivable price！ I bought a dining set, 4 chairs come with a table, looks good. Picked up from the warehouse straight away. Choose, pay, pick up and go! very convinient!

I went to Ifurniture this weekend and they have some really good products and some not so good ones but that is reflected by the price so it can accommodate for all sorts of people, which is good. I would strongly suggest going to try the furniture before purchasing online, specially the mattresses. After testing all their mattresses by far the Breeze 5 memory foam matress is the most comfortable. If you are gonna order online then I would strongly recommend this one. In terms of service the guys there need a little stronger focus on customer service by knowing their products and paying attention to their customers needs. Other than that they do have some really good stuff at very reasonable prices :)

We bought a daybed for $1500 and we absolutely love it!!!! We had struggled putting it together first, but Ifurniture stuff at Onehunga shop called us immediately, then we came to the shop. The stuff explained the technics of how to put them together. We put them together and the daybed is exceeded our expectations, happy we bought it. Thanks to the stuff. Also a piece of feedback would be to ifurniture to put a little instruction on how to put daybed together and print on A4 black and white piece of paper and stick to the packaging. Bought a chair from them, got 2 wheels broken after a while, they sent me wheels free of charge 2 times because I said the wheels were wrong type. Then I went to their warehouse and got more wheels, but I still couldn't fit them into the chair. After some emailing I managed to get how to replace wheels. I still have 2 spares left. Excellent post-sales support and excellent product (chair).

We have bought bedroom furniture and living room furniture from the Onehunga store. We love them. We actually went back a few times to see what inventory they had because we had trouble finding what we liked and what would fit.

This store is super busy on Saturdays however Amit went out of his way to sort all the items I needed! We ended up purchasing a 4 pc bedroom suite, 2 single beds and 2 single mattresses. bought a bedroom set ast year, was priced very well and is a good product. not the best in terms of tracks for draws seem flimsy and handles falling off once in a while but i wont complain cost half as much as anything in the chain stores and looks just as good.

I shopped on a Sunday. One of the biggest furniture shops I've been to aa they have a few rooms at their warehouse. You could say that the shop could use a bit of a tidy up or have better displays for the products but I think this place does competitive pricing well aswell as sporting a wide range of furniture. I saw a sign that also encourages you to take photos of prices when you shop which is a plus for me. More parking and an additional entrace at the back of the shop. Will definately keep your shop in mind when looking for furniture.

Reading all the one start reviews it seems like the customers are the ones in the wrong. 1) of course they will tell a noisy child to be quiet, especially if they're being disruptive. 2) why do people think just because something has run out, that they are entitled to a Free upgrade??? 3) why do people think that they can show up unannounced or not on the correct time or be unreasonable about a short wait?? 4) if you're going to be rude to a worker why does the worker have to take it ??? Seems like a lot of your one start customers are just annoying and unreasonable because I have awesome service here, the difference is I am understanding and reasonable.
