Always great customer service. First discovered them in August 2020, I had lounge suit made then and that was great customer service. Today I went back to them and looking for single bed. They listened what I wanted and suggested to go down to their second hand place just around the corner. They had exactly what I wanted in great price with next day delivery included. Any furniture I want in the future, they will be the first one to go and have a look.

Lovely customer service on the shop floor and reasonable prices. Unfortunately the sofa we purchased was not as well finished as the product on display. e.g. the cushions are not well fit / sit on the base. Disappointing in this regard, but have been in contact with the team and are still hopeful they will be able to help.

Great product. Purchased a King Single bed about 5 years ago, still in Perfect Condition and Firm as the day I got. Thinking about buying another for guest room in very near future.

I had a nice experience with the guys from the store. Greetings to Sonny and Mike. I'm sorry they're not single guys :-) . Little joke, of course. Excellent service and the prices are great for that quality. So dear NZ citizens do not miss the opportunity to have a shopped with them. You will be more satisfied. We bought a queen sized bed and the whole experience was excellent. Due to level 3 restrictions we couldn’t see it before we purchased but the sales staff gave excellent advice and assistance. When we picked it up they were really helpful, getting bits of foam to stop any damage in transit. The bed is comfortable and well made. Highly recommend

We shopped at this store today - what an exceptional customer experience! First off, it’s NZ made furniture so you can support a kiwi business and do your bit for our environment knowing there’s less carbon than getting it shipped from overseas. And delivery before Xmas, (5 weeks out)! Sonny and Mike were fantastic - just the right amount of knowledgable, friendly advice vs respectfully leaving us to making our decision. The products are excellent quality and very well priced. The modular suite we bought is versatile, with easy add-ons to extend the seating arrangements. All of this, along with the extensive fabric choices and extra storage and arm width options makes this the only place you want to go to buy a couch. Highly recommend!

Last week I ventured out in search for a new couch. My first stop was Kiwi Home Store where I was met by friendly and welcoming staff. A luxurious comfortable cloud looking couch caught my eye, but I felt it would be too big for our needs. Since this was the first store I visited, I continued with my search and spent two days checking out many furniture stores around Auckland. Of all the stores I visited, I decided Kiwi Home Store was the one. I headed back and was helped by Anna who displayed a wealth of knowledge and answered the hundred of questions I had and helped me to ultimately decide to go with the very first couch that drew my attention. A few days later the couch was delivered to us, right before Christmas. Unfortunately there was a set of legs missing, but Mike urgently contacted the manufacturer and had a set couriered out to me and followed up with a few phone calls to keep me in the loop. Really appreciated this being resolved so quickly! This is hands down the best furniture place I have dealt with. Harvey Norman sales people felt a bit pushy and not so genuine. Highly recommend Kiwi Home Store for your next furniture or bed purchase. When I decide to upgrade and custom make my next couch, I will definitely head back there. Thanks team!

I am thrilled with my bed. Anna advised me take my time feeling out the bed which I did, so very happy with my choice. And the delivery guys, Brad and Philip, went the extra mile. They had to remove the door from the hinge to get the base into the bedroom and they hung it back up again. Very much appreciated. I am recommending you guys to everyone I know. I am so pleased with my custom made 3 seater couch + ottoman. Excellent quality and really affordable. I loved the fact that I could choose the exact colour, fabric and style I wanted plus the consultant was super helpful and lovely to deal with. I highly recommend this fantastic kiwi company. Will most likely go back to get a matching armchair made too!

I highly recommend this company, we have brought two products ( our bed and now our couch) Both of these items are high end comfortably. We had difficulty choosing the colour of the couch. The sales staff gave us her honest opinion when we asked her which truly impressed us. Thank you so much.

Completely blown away by the sturdy construction of the furniture here. My husband and I went to check out the showroom as I was convinced it would be second rate due to price. No way, this is good quality stuff. Firm foam on couches/seats. The sofa bed mechanism and mattress were outstanding quality. Check it out or if you can't get to a showroom...trust me, you won't be disappointed.

We have bought a number of items from Kiwi Bed & Sofas, and will continue to make it our first stop if we're after a bed or sofa. I feel the items they sell are very good quality. The customer service my wife and I have experienced here is exceptional, we have dealt with few different staff members and all of them have been great! They are very knowledgable, and were never pushy towards us, they were simply there to help.

Second time purchasing from the Kiwi Home Store and they are so fabulous to deal with. Purchased Mursa Recliner & Footstool and just love it.

My experience with kiwi bed and sofas has been awesome. My new sofa arrived this week and I am thrilled with it. The staff helped me in my decision to custom make the modular suite to fill my living area. There is a very good choice of colours and fabrics and they recommend the best ones that suit your family’s needs . I can highly recommend them.

Not a customer - I work here. This is a family owned small business who are very supportive of their staff and who offer a reasonable and liveable wage - not just the bare minimum they can legally get away with. I feel really lucky to be employed with kiwi home store!

Today I received my Energise (brand) Queen sized bed. Yay!!! Very happy customer over here. Love my new bed!!! 😆 Anyways, MY OWN experience... I greatly appreciated the customer services here. They were friendly, calm and patient with me as well as thorough when helping me choose the right bed. I found this bed very comfortable. And 5 year warranty on beds too. Friendly delivery guys did a nice job too. Delivered my bed within the time they said they would. Kiwi Bed & Sofas is easy to find along Stoddard Rd. Easy to get in & out. And has enough parking spaces in front of its store. To the two Mikes here at Kiwi Bed & Sofas thanks heaps for your friendly services and thanks to the delivery guys too. 👌✌☺

We have the King bed that zips together so it can split into singles in our Bnb. Every guest comments on how comfortable the bed is and how they have had the best sleep ever. Ordering, delivery everything was fast and easy . Would definitely buy from Kiwi beds again

This is our 2nd bed from Kiwi Bed and sofas, and we will be buying our 3rd bed here too. Their beds are NZ made, our 1st mattress (Kiwi Classic) lasted us 8 years and was sooooo comfortable and we remembered Sue who sold it to us then, and was just as awesome and amazing 8 years on. Thank you, Sue, we absolutely LOVE our Everest mattress, and will keep letting friends and family know that Kiwi Bed and Sofa is the place to go for excellent customer service, professional people and fantastic quality Kiwi-made mattresses. This is the 2nd time I've bought a bed from Kiwi Bed & Sofas team and the service is just outstanding. I had a couple of other beds that I had to reorganise to make way for my new one and Susan and team offered the help to get this done for me. They went above and beyond with the service and I am enjoying a great sleep on my new bed.

I bought two sofas from the team at Kiwi bed and sofa a couple of years ago and the service was great. Recently we started looking for a new mattress we tried several places close to home thinking this would be easy. No one could help because I wanted a mattress that I could turn over so it had to be the same both sides. However we were told the manufactures don't do this type of mattress anymore just the pillow top that you can only rotate. I remembered how easy everything was at Kiwi bed and sofa so 40kms later my husband and I arrived to find that again nothing was a problem. Kiwi bed and sofa spoke to the company that makes there mattresses and organised to have it made for us. I now have my new mattress which is awesome and only took a couple of week to make and it has even been delivered. The service and price were amazing. Thankyou to the team at Kiwi bed and sofa. I can't recommend these guys enough :)

Working with limited space in a one bedroom apartment and the requirement of a modular couch up-to 3 separate pieces to fit through the door I could not be happier with the couch product from Kiwi Bed and Sofa's, Great price, very spacious, comfy and the color I wanted to suit everything else. The size was customized to fit beautifully and after our experience of going though 13 different stores selling modular furniture you find out that the furniture sits on a one piece frame that will not fit through our door. Purchased my third bed from Kiwi Bed and Sofas today. Best price for quality beds I have found in Auckland with none of the pushy sales I have found at the big chain stores.

I am very pleased with the sofas we purchased. The team were very helpful and organised the delivery of the sofas to an out of Auckland address for me.

This place was a real find. The great thing they can do for you is to custom make furniture to suit your personal needs. I had some outdoor furniture that needed new cushions and they were really helpful.
