We are super happy with our lovely new Bella 3+2 seater lounge suite. The fabric and colour is gorgeous, and the workmanship is outstanding. Love the piping trim and bonus throw cushions. Top quality NZ made product and lovely friendly service.

I have visited here on several occasions and are very happy with our purchases. They always give great friendly service and are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

I bought a Hawthorne table from Lounge and Living with Gotham's assistance. The service was flawless. He was knowledgeable of the product, helped with its delivery, and was a big help to me. Recommended.

Whilst visiting Lounge & Living Mt Eden I mentioned that I'd hunted high and low for a mid-century bed for years and couldn't find anything that came close to what was readily available overseas. Gotham offered to make the bed for me so I provided the picture in the upper left corner then crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. As it turned out I didn't need to cross my fingers as the quality and likeness is outstanding (handmade here in Auckland :) People think bespoke furniture is expensive but it was reasonably priced and there was no need to compromise - I got exactly what I wanted right down to choosing the material and colour for the headboard. Although manufacturing was delayed due to Covid-19 I was kept informed with its progress and it was even delivered on a Saturday. Thank you Gotham for your awesome service and beautiful craftsmanship - so happy!

We are so happy with our purchase of the Milano bedroom furniture. The pieces are just gorgeous and of superb quality. We cannot praise the friendly, efficient and helpful service we received from Gotham, the Manager of the business enough who went out of his way to help us during the Level 3 2021 Auckland lockdown. He kept us informed of delivery dates and times and delivered when he said he would. One piece was even earlier than expected! We highly recommend others to purchase from this store and we will be back in the future. It is a 10 out of 10 for us :) Thank you so much, Gotham.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Gautam and Louise for the friendly service, the Mochachino, and the hospitality! I will definitely be back to browse your showroom again. Gautam's product knowledge, his eclectic range of stylish furniture, and his easy affability set him apart. I bought this beautiful chair for my study, and the small Irish coast table looks great in front of the kitchen. I have my eyes on a few other items!

After a very negative experience with a big chain store (waiting over 6 months for a sofa that was never delivered) Lounge and Living was the opposite. Contactless viewing and then delivery was planned for early the next week. An hour later I got a call saying they could deliver the same day. Great customer service and a better quality product than the big chain store at a better price. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Gotham provided exceptional customer service during the lockdown to assist me with selecting my furniture. The furniture was delivered promptly after moving to Level 3. I couldn't recommend them enough.

I was searching for a new bar cabinet. In early October I stumbled across the Lounge and Living site searching for Coastwood Furniture Collection. L&L are agents for Coastwood. I dealt with Gotham and explained to him what I was after. Within hours he had a design for me which suited my needs perfectly. We chose the finish and waited for approximately 6 weeks for the bespoke item to be shipped. In mid November I received delivery of the cabinet and …. WOW.... it is everything and more I could have ever expected. The finish was perfect, the colour was perfect and the gap left for my display fridge was 100% correct and the fridge fitted perfectly. My dealing with Gotham has been an absolute pleasure and if I ever need another bespoke or off the shelf piece of furniture, I know where I will go first! Awesome service, friendly, couldn't get a specific item for a long time due to dirty covid shipping delays, I was kept up to date and was constantly asked if we wanted to cancel instead. Great service, Awesome products

Gotham the owner of this store was extremely helpful when I was wanting to purchase some leather armchairs. Very professional, friendly and helpful, very personalised service. My 2 chairs arrived with a few days, and I'm extremely happy with them. Would definitely shop here again in the future if there's anything else I need. Wow what an amazing find this store has been. I have bought several different pieces and love them all. Louise and Gotham are extremely helpful, very professional and a delight to work with. A friend of mine has already been and purchased a few big items based on my experience. This store is definitely worth a visit.

We looooove the new lounge we got from Lounge and Living. So comfy, soft, beautiful, just as what we've expected. We are so impressed with the service as well. This store has some great stuff. Its all quite different from the regulars, what one finds across in most stores. We bought our sofa lounge & dinning table set from this store. The owner Gotham has been excellent with some great advice. Couldn't ask for more with the pricing too.

I have been looking for a lounge suite for about a year but could find nothing that would fit my rather small lounge. Then one day I found Lounge and Living in Hillcrest and met Gotham the owner. We talked about what I needed and he informed me he could make me a bespoke lounge suite. I ordered it and love love love my new lounge suite. Gotham delivered it personally and helped me set it up. Wonderful shop. customer service and prices. Would recommend to all.

We had specific needs, such as colour & durability of the sofa covers. Most importantly, we needed the 3-seater, 2-seater and single seater all delivered well ahead of Christmas. Not only did Gotham of Lounge & Living strive to meet all our requirements, he even suggested ways we could get extra value for the same money. He promised delivery in two and a half weeks and that was spot-on -- the sofas arrived 10 days before Christmas, looking great. From the order to the delivery, Gotham kept in constant touch and the delivery staff were friendly and most helpful. Thanks, guys!

Great and friendly service! Owner personally helped to deliver the stuff I ordered to ensure that I got it ASAP. He was also very communicative and kept me informed of the delivery progress. Same branded product for much less the price compared to other big players in Auckland.
