K.Brought furniture from them for our new place which they said would be delivered on the day we moved in. (We brought the furniture 3 weeks before we moved in) It didn't arrive so I rung them and after some discussion they offered me a really great discount and were so understanding of the situation. Great outcome and thank you Nood, really appreciate it and will be coming back.
A.Outstanding design advice and customer service from Rachel at Newmarket Nood. I went into store not knowing exactly what I was after and thanks to Rachel she put together a great combination of Chairs, tables, rugs, seats and other items that work very well. I left the store with exactly what I needed and had a great customer experience . Rachel was genuinely interested in helping me get exactly what I was after, without being pushy!! Very professional .

Rachel in particular went far and beyond the call of duty in sourcing what I needed and making sure delivery dates were pushed forward. She gets 2 gold stars from me. I'm a very happy customer, because I felt looked after. !
B.This is an interesting furniture and homewares store. It’s one of those places that you need to keep browsing because it’s constantly changing.
V.Thanks to Rachel from NOOD for calling me to let me know that I had $34.50 worth of points about to expire. I didn't know I had accumulated the points and they indeed would have expired had I not been rung. Instead, I was able to visit the store and make a purchase. I was really pleased with this pro-active, personalised service!

A.Good design furniture with over inflated price tags; yes the design is very eye pleasing, but I don't think that it warrant the hefty price tag. The staff members are friendly though the shop look understaffed. Finding parking space in the area can be challenging.

G.Exceptional service. First they helped me processing the order over the phone. When there was a problem/delay with delivery by courier company, they even retrieved the furniture from courier company's depo and personally delivered . Above and beyond service highly recommended.
