L.We have purchased many items of outdoor furniture from Poynters over the last few years. The service and quality of products have always been very good but Poynters have now surpassed themselves! Earlier this year we purchased 4 french loungers with canopy's. On delivery one of the canopy's was faulty. Poynters ordered not one but four new loungers to replace all the loungers, all the way from France whilst leaving the original loungers for us to use until the replacement loungers arrived. They arrive last week and were delivered and swapped with four new loungers. Now that's what I call service. Well done Poynters! Larry Hyde, Auckland.
D.Bought a sofa bed over the weekend and got it today (Monday) delivered to my doorstep! It is incredible how efficient they are. The quality of the sofa bed appears to be great. Prior to this I was always of the opinion that sofa bed can never look good, but I guess I was proven wrong with the Ghia sofa bed. Very happy with the purchase, hope to visit the store in person when lockdown finally comes to an end. Thanks team Poynters!

Their pricing is very competitive for the quality. I had a table delivered and assembled by their team today. Absolutely brilliant customer service delivery by the guys. D.Poynters offers an amazing range of products, including the Danish designed range of Innovations Living sofabeds. A number of years ago, we purchased one of those sofabeds (the Bifrost Queen model). It is a stunning design and it has to be the world’s most comfortable sofabed because it effectively folds down into a Queen bed with a full and proper innerspring mattress. Unfortunately for us, however, the seat base on our sofa began to sag over time. We reported this to Poynters and received wonderful service from Anthony, as well as from the Innovations Living company that produces this sofabed. This turned out to be a rare fault and we were so impressed by the way this was then resolved. A completely new replacement mattress base for our sofabed was delivered to us from overseas. We will now have many many more years of use and enjoyment of this sofabed. I would highly recommend Poynters, both for the products they sell and for their high level of customer service.
