WOW WOW WOW, we are so happy with our latest purchase of an 'Orbit' couch from GR8M8, Premium Rattan Furniture. This complements our original purchase 3 years ago of another 'Orbit' couch we have around the pool. When we decided to buy an additional couch we had no hesitation to go back to GR8M8 as our original couch is still perfect. The team at GR8M8 are super experienced and only sell QUALITY, great value for money products that are suited to the NZ conditions. Susan was so incredibly helpful in providing us with a solution for our outdoor space. We are so happy with all of our purchases and really appreciate the ongoing support with covers, squabs and cushions. The furniture is constructed to a really high quality and yet it is still so affordable. Premium Rattan Furniture NZ, was very easy to deal with when we bought our Dora outdoor lounge/dining setting,which in part was custom made to suit our outdoor living area. Susan the sales consultant, was very professional in the way she took us through the sales process, advising the right combinations of rattan furniture/fabric for the unit we purchased.We were kept informed of the progress of our order by email, and took delivery 6 weeks after placement of the order. Susan was very knowledgeable about the rattan furniture and very easy to deal with. Excellent service and assistance from Susan who helped us choose our new outdoor furniture. We were never hurried for taking our time with colour combinations or layout and are thrilled with the end result. Now we just need the sun to keep shining and summer to never end! Thanks again guys.

Susan took the time to listen to our needs, provide solutions and she allowed us time to process everything before we made our final choice of product. Even when someone else entered the store Susan graciously excused herself and returned once the other client was assisted. Susan was informed and creative in the manner she used her knowledge and her assistance continued through to the follow up of delivery. We are very pleased with our purchase which arrived the day after our purchase and we will make our way back to her store when we need further rattan products.

We bought out door chairs a two seater sofa and coffee table from gr8m8 and are really happy with them. The service in the store was excellent, very friendly and the chairs were delivered the next day - brilliant! They look amazing in our garden with the bright yellow and black cushions that I thought were very reasonably priced. I would recommend gr8m8 to any of our friends - already have. Thanks Jane Boyd

We bought our outside furniture from Great Mate Ltd. to match our 100 + year old house. We had previously had some modern outside furniture that just didn't look right. We chose the white furniture with a green cushion to match our paintwork. The furniture arrived just before xmas so we've had it for the summer season. It is so comfortable and looks perfect in the setting. Everyone who comes to the house comments on it, and we are very happy with our purchase. Thank you!

Great Quality furniture. I bought an Oscar set 6 years ago and it is still like new. I keep it on the covered deck and it receives morning sun. In winter it is easy to stack and put the cushions away until next summer. I have ordered more pieces to add to my set.

Hello everyone, this review is around my quest, interaction, and buying experience with Gr8m8. I had been looking for a fresh but contemporary design in outdoor furniture for our deck. Having seen a range of designs available both online and also by visiting quite a few stores, I couldn't find anything inspiring. However one day a little over a month ago, I chanced upon some designs advertised on Trademe, by Gr8m8. So, I called into their store located in Glen Innes and met Susan, who is friendly and very professional. I took a while going through the fabric and rattan samples, which was quite exciting in itself, and Susan was very supportive through it all, answering questions and providing suggestions along the way. Their range is extensive, modern and of excellent quality but furthermore, completely customisable with a vast range of colours and textures available both in the rattan, as well as cushion fabrics. We received our furniture yesterday, it's exactly what we ordered, and not as expensive compared to what is available elsewhere in the same furniture class and design. We are thrilled, and Susan is exceptional. Thank you Susan, for everything. Joseph.

Gr8M8 have the best selection of high quality rattan furniture we have seen in one shop. The showroom floor is immaculately presented and maintained, and the range is tasteful, relevant and stylish. Also worthy of mentioning is the wide assortment of contemporary cushions available for dressing your furniture - taking it to the next level. They have a warehouse onsite which means you can buy and pick up directly, and even items on the showroom floor can be purchased, which makes it very handy for those with limited timeframes for shopping. However, the highlight of our shopping experience was the people. Susan is an amazing person. She is very helpful and knowledgable, knowing everything about her product, and able to answer and expand on all questions pertaining to it - whether they be matters of construction, materials, trends, application or resilience, Susan is well informed. She is an encouraging person and strives to make your shopping experience pleasant and productive. :) thanks Susan If you do purchase furniture - when you collect it, the wonderfully helpful, pragmatic and skilled Ian can assist with packing, loading and tying down. I found Susan to be extremely helpful without applying any pressure. The service that she delivered was of a very high standard. Susan pulled all sorts of strings to get the delivery made that day. I have had a 4 year relationship with the supplier of my out door furniture. After 2 years [, we had picked a new colour light Grey] we noticed thet the ratten was rotting some pieces. from the sun Without question Susan imediately replaced the pieces. Over the last 18 months we have had more serious issues . I rang Susan and sent her photos again she was amazing all my furnture has been replaced with another more Suitable colour. Susan no longer supplys the grey We did pay a small ammount. But considering our furniture was 3 .5 years old . we didnt mind at all I would purchase any thing from this company and recomend both her product and Susan thank you Maryan Orr taupo
