We saw a sofa we liked online for a great price. We went in to sit on it and make sure it was comfy. It was great and the sales guy asked once if we needed help and then didn’t pester us. We ordered it at like 7pm on a Saturday night and it arrived Monday morning. Such an easy and great experience! I’d get something from them again.

We ordered a double bedbase online, then saw & bought a desk we liked from the showroom in advance. Once we moved house; we picked up the flatpacks & took them home to assemble. Much better quality materials than expected, both of them are fantastic. Many thanks! A+++ The service guy was friendly & helpful too. We will be back for more :)

Very friendly service, i got all furniture i need when we move to new address.

I went into the sue e furniture store in Panmure on a Saturday to purchase a bed and also paid them to deliver it. The bed was delivered on Monday which i was very pleased with and the man who delivered it was very helpful and helped me lift the bed inside. I absolutley LOVE my new bed. Thank you Sue e , i would definatly be back again.

I purchase an entertainment unit from here. I did not do delivery I did pick up myself so can't comment on that but the service was quick and easy so can't complain. The quality was good not real issues at all. The price is very good in comparison to other outlets. So 5stars

I went to pickup my online order but sadly I had to wait for atleast 10-15 minutes to get served I was getting pretty mad with them then the guy that gets the orders asked if I've been served and I told him how long I had been waiting I said that's not good service waiting while everyone else was getting served before me

Great value for money. Our car seat upholstery got damaged after a staff quickly push with force without lifting the other edge of the box. If I knew it would happen, I could just offer to do the loading myself but it's too late. Now our car has the damage permanently. On the bright side, kids are happy with their new Bunk Bed.

Update: *Customer service got back to me within 48hours today with apologies saying that the parts are with the courier and should be delivered tomorrow. Missing a couple of the parts from the base. Have emailed and called and no one has returned my calls or bothered to email me back.

Went in to purchase beds today. The lady was very rude, abrupt with no knowledge of customer service at all. Didnt offer help. But the guy was great. Dealt with him and ordered 2 beds. Waiting on delivery on Wednesday. Will update once product arrives. Ok the headboard for my king bed was meant to to delivered yesterday via courier- as per the owners words as he didn't have any in stocks. No deliveries yesterday waste of my money and time as I took time off to receive delivery. Emailed them last night. No response. Tried calling them today( next day arvo) no answer. Goes to voice mail. I think very unprofessional and pathetic service.

Although it's too late to put the review ( 2 years), I want to thank the owner thru it. I received a damage product and was immediately picked back. However, owner explained me that it was my fault as I used some sharp object to open the packaging, still he was happy to get me replacement. It was unfortunate that delivery person forgot one important part. Owner himself came in the night to deliver that part so that I can sleep on my new bed. For the price he is providing excellent products and services and I strongly recommend him.

Great price for nice designer replica furniture. They use good quality solid oak too.

Our experience with this Company was fantastic. From the moment of purchase through to the moment of delivery. There were no issues and we are thrilled with our new king size bed.
