j.i am building a house so need a lot of items. I had a great experience. Staff are extremely willing and helpful. Fantastic guy in warehouse loaded all of the goods for us. Customer service has been great with regular updates and they especially they came to house and sort the things too.

P.The customer service is awesome! I bought a mattress and a bed base, the foot and head board were damaged. A pair of new set arrived on the next day. This is the first time that my problem was solved in such a short time. Definitely will recommend this place to my friends. If there is any thing needed for my sweet home in the future, this is the place I will go first.
E.We recently purchased a set of drawers and upon and packing noticed one of the rails had detattached. Customer service was quick to help amend this. Peter from the service team was great and easy to communicate with to arrange suitable time for the repair. Luckily it was an easy fix. It is always reassuring that customer and service teams are reliable when purchasing new furniture. Highly recommend!
N.Recently we bought a dresser and when we got the delivery there was a small damage to the top. We called the store and followed the process (sent photos to the customer service email etc.). What happened after wards was top class customer service. Peter came over within couple of days, assembled the dresser/mirror for us, did a touch-up on the top while we waited for the new top to arrive.
Peter came again with the new top after a week and replaced the faulty one. He also carried the bedside we had ordered in the mean time (we were supposed to collect it). Peter kept us informed during the whole process....This was an awesome experience! Thank you guys we'll surely come back to you
b.from start at store to collection it was quick and easy. Our lounge suite did not fit in our car so me and my daughter stayed behind at the click and collect area and the team there were super friendly and even gave myself and daughter an iceblock as it was a very hot day.

s.This furniture shop has a great range of quality furniture for every room in one's home plus some for outdoors. We bought my daughter's new bed in lockdown. After 2 weeks we had some issues with slate bed and Peter from sales support helped us. After positive experience from Peter, we bought some more furniture and one box was damaged in delivery.
Peter got in touch again and arranged damaged stock to be picked up and delivered new one for us. Peter from Sales support has exceptional service, Polite, listen to customers needs and ready to help.

A shout-out goes to the warehouse team today - I went to the Target Warehouse at Ti Rakau drive to pick up the order and experienced their contactless pick up - smart, efficient and the friendly service outstanding. J.We bought a rocking chair from Target Botany and was advised of the delivery ETA. When we rang a day after the delivery date to ask why we had not been contacted, we were told the ETA was for the arrival of the container into the country and not the arrival of the item to the delivery centre. It would take another 2 weeks for the container to arrive. It was a rocking chair for our daughter-in-law who just had a baby. Spoke to the Manager and she advised we were given the wrong info and would speak to the staff concerned. She also offered free delivery to the home. I thought that was a kind gesture to make up for their error. Not many retail outlets would fix their error and she apologised for the mistake and offered free delivery so good on you Target Botany!
K.Peter (customer service technician) was excellent to deal with and he helped us so much. He arranged to have the damaged furniture swapped so quickly and he was really kind and caring. Greeted with warmth as we walked in the Botany store and Aaron helped us through a seamless purchasing experience, offering useful details on every piece we looked at. Great selection of comfortable couches and a nice bright showroom! (We'd looked at 20 couches elsewhere already). We tried a few couches here and were impressed by the quality and comfort! Once we decided on the Allessa Storm, Aaron even accepted a discount as we were unable to view during a previous promo during lockdown.
Couch was delivered 2 days later. The couch accidentally came with some incorrect leg screws in the packets so I emailed Customer Care to inform them. Got an email reply within 5 minutes to advise they'd look to sort out! Then a friendly and professional staff member named Peter calls up to confirm details to source the correct screws, and then personally delivers the screws to my house the next day! Great work, team -- really appreciate the initiative and Peter going above and beyond.
Will see you again and refer friends and family. Good stuff!

F.I had the most amazing experience with Emma Harrington, Assistant Manager at Target Furniture Botany. OI live on Waiheke Island and getting to the shops on the mainland , in particular during lockdown is was very difficult or rather impossible. Emma helped me virtually through the store , helped me find exactly what I need for my deck, checked the colours of the different products would fit together, answered all my emails promptly even on weekends, and made my life so much EASIER! And on top of it she is a really wonderfully nice lady to talk to and have fun with! What an awesome service . Totally recommended. Not only for Waihekians !! :-) :-)

Z.Excellent service. Travelled to Target Botany to purchase some dining chairs. Zoe was very helpful with suggesting different options on how to brighten up our area and listening to our opinions and questions. I purchased a dining chair set with a fabric protector. When applying the fabric protector I used a bit too much so I headed back to purchase some more where assistant manager (Emma I think) gave me a top up for free! Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end. Will be back again.

L.I always buy furniture from here as the quality is good. But I was told by a sales person that Monday ( when I came in) was the last day of sale. This made me buy more than I wanted because I was worried I won’t get this deal any more. But I walked in the next day and the sale is still on, so I kept checking the site the following day and the sale is still on! So the stuff are not being honest just to up sell people ! So please be careful.

Then Emma I think that was the name she asked where we moving then suggested some good places to go for dinning and shopping which I felt was just a nice gesture.
a.It's ok. Sales man was quite pushy and had an inability not to listen. I am a grown up and I knew exactly what I wanted. Waffling on about furniture that I have no interest in is annoying and a definite way to lose my custom.
O.After buying a chair from here 5mths ago we waited until we moved before assembly. Only to find mix matched parts . Target helped with correct parts no problems Thank you
