I’ve had the best experience and best customer customer service at target mount eden. I was served by their manager Baiju Rajan who helped me to choose all the furniture for my new built home , he was incredible in his job and he had amazing product knowledge about all the furniture . Overall amazing experience and I would highly recommend this store for your furniture shopping.

I purchased several items from Target which included a bed, the bed was not really put together right, and I asked Target to help. They called me back (Peter) who told me that he would look at the bed and fix once out of level 4, he called several times to let me know I was not forgotten, then he called fri to advise he would come around my house to fix on a time that suits me, this was Great Customer Service and most say its something that a lot of companies are missing, so again Thanks Peter K for fixing and contacting us, 👍 Outstanding Work Peter

I've had the best experience and costumer care with the Team at Mount Eden. Starting with Sunny as the sales rep who helped me out and made everything easy and seamless. Then when I had a little problem with my low boy she immediately put me in contact with the other team and Peter was incredibly helpful and so on to it. He was able to fix the problem in no time ans was very friendly to deal with. Overall, great experience and a happy customer who would definitely come back to shop there again!

Ordered a sofa via phone and Lavanya at the Mt Eden store was amazing. She took the time to make sure we got all the details right, answered all my questions and double checked everything. She was kind and friendly and understanding when my kids interrupted the call. All round a great experience and I'm so happy to have finally ordered my sofa after over a year of looking at it.

We have been buying from them for awhile now. You can get good furniture that is hard to find in other stores. They provide friendly instore and backup service. I would would also like to commend Peter K for providing professional, prompt and quality repair services for any after sale repairs/maintenance issues. Highly recommended.

All my 5 stars go to Peter K at Target Mt Eden for his support during tough times. I was not very happy with the customer service I received after my purchase but Peter went above and beyond to assist me to fix my daughter’s bed which fell apart and to fix my mirror on my low boy when the customer service team member told me that I had to wait until we moved to level 2 to get my daughter’s bed fixed and when she had no bed to sleep! She thought it was not an essential service! Thank you Peter, appreciate your kindness and understanding.

I purchased a gas lift bed from target which was unfortunately out of warranty when the arms snapped from moving house. My initial contact with the customer service team was appalling. Eventually Peter K become involved and was extremely quick to organise the replacement parts and helpful in resolving the issue. When I went to collect the arms, that Peter K had arranged, the staff at the Mt Eden shop were rude and unprofessional and I was disappointed by their attitude. I would like to acknowledge the professionalism of Peter K who restored my faith in Target Furniture, had I not experienced his customer service I would not be a returning shopper. So, thank you Peter K for your consistent communication, kindness and understanding.

Great customer service ! good quality goods. Very friendly staff and a well presented furniture showroom. Also to add, it is in a great location so very easy to access as well. I bought a tipaz coffee table from Target mount Eden branch. Had called them up on a Wednesday afternoon to check if I can pick it up from their branch on Friday morning as we absolutely needed it then. The sales professional Lavanya was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make it possible ! Although it was her day off on Friday, she followed up with their warehouse and called us once the table was available in their store.

I've bought several items from target furniture and their service has always been great. With my recent purchase, it was a bit damaged and when I contacted target furniture mt eden, Peter was very helpful in getting the matter sorted out. He was attentive and quick. Purchased an outdoor furniture set which turned out to be faulty. Team at Target were very prompt to organize the replacement. However, they delivered and left the replacement unit on my driveway without taking the replacement. This was really poor customer service! Upon complaining however, Peter K promptly organised for things to be sorted. He went out of the way and came after hours on the same day and alone took the faulty set and help set up the new one on my deck. Beyond this, he showed great patience and excellent customer service. If it weren't for Peter, I'd probably never purchase from Target again! Thank you Peter!

I purchased a acrylic chair from here for a premium price, so I was disappointed when the base was uneven which caused the chair to be wobbly. I raised my concern via a email. It was quickly picked up and Peter was dispatched to deliver a assembled replacement to my door during level 3. Appreciate the swift service.

I will be honest I have had terrible experience in the past with Target but a big shout out to Peter from the Mt Eden store who went above and beyond with his customer service. We had a faulty part on our bed that was still under warranty and he organised a replacement so quickly and delivered himself that afternoon! Absolute legend!

Bought a gas lift bed frame. However as we learned later, it was installed incorrectly (and potentially, dangerously) when delivered. The problem surfaced later and the gas lifts failed completely. Luckily, the warranty and repair/service team was very friendly and professional in fixing the problem, making the extra effort to sort it out for us (special shout out to Peter for his help).

We bought some bedroom furniture and were served by a nice lady called Sunny. The furniture was delivered 2 weeks later with no problems. Thank you.

Great After Sales Service, We had a button come out of our Sofa after 2 years of purchase. TARGET 🎯 picked up the sofa from our place, fixed the issue and returned with as new Condition. We also bought mattress around 7 years ago which is used daily and we are very happy with its quality. Our experience made us go back to Target to buy furniture for our New Home: Dining Set, TV Table, Another Mattress, Sofa & Coffee Table. We were served by Manjua who was Awesome to deal with and not to forget the Manager Rajan who welcomed us with a great smile got us a great deal. My 2 cents: For quality Furniture: Go buy from Target. For cheap and Rubbish quality Furniture : Go to iFurniture

We purchased and had delivered several pieces of furniture from Target and had the best service in the store. We also had a couple of pieces delivered at a later time. Himal from Target delivered the furniture personally for us and helped us sort out a couple of minor issues we had. We couldn’t have asked for better service and outcome. We still have some beds we require and will not hesitate to go to see Himal and his very friendly team.

This is the first time I purchased from target and I had a really good experience. The staff there are humble and very helpful. I can't wait to start life enjoying my new sofa.

Most of my furniture is from Target and I keep going back because it's good quality and I always get great service. This time was no different but my purchase didn't fit through the door of my house. Leni from the Customer Service team contacted me straight away with other couch options and had a new one delivered only a few days later. The communication was fabulous and she was patient and efficient and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The delivery guys were also amazing, very helpful, offered to set it all up for me, arrived early. Great team of people to work with, even when things dont go quite right!

Had a very positive experience shopping here. The team as a whole (as well as the sales person Hamza in particular) are a very helpful bunch. One of the items was faulty but they were very quick to deliver a substitute.

Excellent Trader- supply and delivery all as quoted,however we had a small problem which Target were very willing to remedy.After sales service man Peter quickly responded with a replacement dresser top and drawer front.Peter was a delight to have in our home.Many thanks to Target Furniture Mt Eden - we are pleased to recommend them.

Went to Target - Dominion Road looking for office desk and chair. The Team were very helpful and accommodating, to the degree where Sunny and Hanza went above and beyond, the service was fantastic, Hanza carried the product we purchased to our car, which is rare these days. Cant praise this store enough. Called through to see if items I was after was in stock and John was super helpful. Arrived in store and within 1/2 hr we were sorted and had a delivery the very same day. The delivery driver we had was AMAZING. He lugged a massive tall boy and two bedside cabinets up the outside stairs and even allowed us to unpack so he took the boxes away. Best service and experience all around with Target and will be going back to get the rest of our furniture here in the coming weeks.

Had the fortune to find a three seater couch in Target Mt Eden Labour weekend, so we paid and organised for the couch to be delivered the follow Saturday this weekend just gone, I then realised that there was an open home above our apartment and that there could be issues, so rang and asked if the couch could be delivered on the Friday. This was duly noted with the information that I would receive a phone call the night before letting me know what time to expect the delivery. That happened and I was told to expect the couch between 4 & 5pm. Well with the Auckland traffic they were running late, it was great because they rang me to say that they would be at our place at 7pm, and they arrived at that time with a call asking for further direction once they had got into the complex. The couch was not light, these men had to climb two flights of stairs to get to our door and then figure out how to get the couch into the apartment. They did very well, and were very respectful. I really appreciated their care, and the hard work in handling this beast of a couch up narrow stairs. I did give them a cold juice, well they deserved it, I would have also given them their dinner, but realised that they would have been late home. Thanks John and you mate, a job well done and very respectful. You have my vote as movers of the year.

great shopping place. Asif gave us different options for our requirement. he got in depth knowledge about the products and explained us everything as per our need. This is our second big purchase through Asif and will be going to him again and again whenever we need to buy any furniture. his friendly nature gives us warm welcome every time we visits Target Mount Eden.

It’s a hit & miss with customer service , 1st visit sales person didn’t have enough knowledge about items in the store , 2nd time had great customer service -Asif. However forget about calling the store no one picks up, and the 0800 number , gives you the prompt numbers to connect to the store you require , however doesn’t connect you , goes back to the voice messsge -SO ANNOYING .. they need to check their phone lines !!

Strategic location, adequate parking, friendly staff. Good variety and bit pricey. Look for ongoing offers or sale or the items which are on special rate. We found wardrobes at much better price. The sales staff was knowledgeable and helped us selecting the product.

I have been dealing with Puja, Asif and team for nearly a year now, they continue to provide incredible customer service and are accommodating of my many changes to orders and deliveries. I can trust that what they say they will do will be done, and that the delivery timeframe can be counted on. It's a pleasure to do my business with Target Mt Eden.
