Great customer service... Alejandra was super helpful, and very professional. She knew her stuff, and always provided helpful advice. We've had an issue with the minor defect on the sofas when they were delivered, and she's been very attentive in dealing with it. Highly recommended!

Bought an Antoni outdoor bench and table from them. Everything arrived on time and as promised. The furniture looks good! There was an issue with the set, called up support and they were so quick to resolve the issue. 5 stars because of the great customer support we got. They replaced our chair and table and we assembled it this time without issues. Thanks team! Special shoutout to Peter K for the support, he made sure to check in every step of the way.

I ordered a lounge suite from Target Furniture in Glenfield. The wrong colour had arrived (on a super fast delivery) and I went into the store to resolve. The customer service was outstanding. Later on that day I received a call from Peter.K and he was super fast to resolve, ordered the correct colour and just made the entire experience easy! I then changed my mind and stayed with the wrong colour that was sent, because my family loved the colour. Peter was just happy I was happy. I ordered a bed from Target furniture but when it got delivered the footboard was cracked. After contacting the production department they sourced a replacement part for me and send out their delivery van as soon as they got a hold of the part. I would like to commend Peter for doing a fabulous job with the delivery. He was friendly, on time, easy communication and very helpful. Peter was very pleasant and even offered to assemble the bed for me which was much appreciated. I highly rate this friendly can-do attitude!

We purchased a lovely buffet cabinet from Target Wairau and upon unpacking discovered that the sliding doors were off track and stuck tight. We contacted the store and within less than 24 hours Peter from the service team contacted us. Peter gave us clear instructions on how to correct the issue and advised that if we were still unable to slide the doors across that we would visit and release the correcting mechanism himself.. Peter’s clear and concise instructions enabled us to fix the issue. Peter’s after sales service was outstanding. Thank you

I moved in new house recently. so i needed to buy new funitures. i bought few funiture from Target funiture website. The middle of time delivery about that, few things happened. But All staff of Target funiture were great. They was so kind and polite. They tried sort it out quickly customers needs. And They did just like that. One of staff, Peter. Before you look anywhere else for furniture - you must 'check out ' TARGET !!! We searched everywhere for a modern , comfortable and affordable dining suite and Target came up TRUMPS !!! Their selection was AMAZING - the styles were fabulous and their prices were more than competitive than anywhere else we had been !!! We were assisted by Kinjal ( Wairau Store) who was friendly, helpful and professional at all times. He was NEVER pushy ( which we LOATHE !! ) and he was very patient and understanding of all our needs and kept us informed throughout the process!! We were SO delighted with our experience & purchase -.we have gone back to Target and purchased a gorgeous new lounge suite ! We felt VERY proud that we had bought from a New Zealand owned and operated business ! And Target should also be proud that they run such an OUTSTANDING business with such kind , friendly and helpful staff!! CONGRATULATIONS TARGET !! Thanks for everything !!!
