M.This company was so great to deal with. We did everything online under Covid lockdowns and it couldn't have been simpler. We got sent fabric samples, told them our measurements and got the cushion delivered without any hassle. Chris was great at communicating via email and we're thrilled with the result.

W.We had a great experience working with Chris from The Cushion Company. Our house is a nearly 100 year old bungalow, and we needed squabs for our bay windows, which aren't perfectly symmetrical. Although we sent in our measurements, Chris came out and took a second measurement to be sure they would fit perfectly. We were also grateful for Chris' guidance in the thickness of the squabs to ensure maximum comfort. Can highly recommend their craftmanship and service!

However due to COVID19 Melbourne locked down, our chosen fibre got delayed. However Chris helps us to find a great alternative and able to put an urgent order in that was delivered within 2 days and in time for our house warming. The hard part was choosing which fabric to recover our outdoor squabs, but Chris at The Cushion Company made this very easy by sending through screenshots followed by fabric swatches. J.WOW - Service amazing, product exceptional. Living in the Sth Island was no barrier. In fact, the bench seat cushions + postage were cheaper than getting them made locally. Emails were promptly responded to and nothing was a problem for Chris. Fabric samples made decision easy and professional advice about fill, heights etc were freely provided.
