The only annoying part of buying stuff in person is the waiting time at the delivery gate, I had to wait 30 minutes to get the items. All in all, happy with my purchase. Excellent showroom in East Tamaki, with plenty on display. I purchased the Simona series and they only have the side table on display, which still allowed me to gauge the quality and colour. Good value for money products. Comes in flat pack and easy to assemble. Great website with great product descriptions

User friendly website when placing an online and the 'Ajax Dining Set' package arrived within days especially delivering to a rural area during Covid 19, Alert Level 3 lockdown. Delivery people followed the protocols and procedures of the current Alert Levels at the time. I found the product supplied easy to read instructions, with the necessary tools to assemble chairs and table. The dining set is a perfect size for the space I have. Very good company to deal with , very happy with the swimming pool cover roller , a small mod allows the roller to be mounted on a fence and then it can be used for an above ground pool , the pool cover also was supplied by TSB living , works perfectly

Purchased a Hanging Egg Chair online. The call centre is almost not worth bothering with - an almost complete lack of service from them. (Including non-return of phone calls.) That said, the staff at the East Tamaki shop were a complete reversal of the call centre. Only too happy to help me when I went to pick up the chair. The chair itself...? Pretty much what I was expecting when I made the purchase. The only (very slight) negative, was a scuff mark on the back of one of the cushions. Not sure how that got there, as the cushions came in a plastic bag. i.e. probably from the factory, rather than the shop.

First time using TSB Living, but it was a great experience. The dining table I purchased was exactly as expected and I found it very easy to assemble. I am really happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again. The only reason it wasn't 5 star is because I wasn't able to track my order which made it difficult as I needed to sign for it, however I do understand that they were using alternative freight because of Covid 19 disrupting their usual service.

Ordered the grey velvet chair for a decent price. It has a very solid foam cushion so it feels durable and comfortable, will probably compress slightly over time creating a more "cush" feeling. Easy extend and retract foot rest, chair + feels solid. My only suggestion would be to run some candle wax down the tracks before sliding on the wingback "wings" when assembling. Helped with getting them on and will help in future if you want to remove them to reupholster the chair. Rating with 4 stars because, while it's still a nice chair, the picture depicting the product on the website (shown in last photo) seems to be ever so slightly different to the actual product. The legs on the product I received were turned differently (which is fine) plus the button back on the received product is not as deep set or "plush" as the product image showed. I went with the dark grey, and the colour is pretty close, it just shows differently with my photos for some reason.

I purchased a treadmill at TSB Living and I am quite happy with the product, the price, the possibility to pay in several payments and the delivery during Level 4 in Auckland. Cost of delivery is not cheap (it might be the usual cost but I am not used to have big items being delivered) but I was happy to receive my treadmill in less than a week.

I have ordered a few items over the last 2 years from TSB living - 2 mattresses, 2 dressers, a weighted blanket and recently a spin bike. They were all better priced than anywhere else, and all of them are great quality. The one dresser had a factory fault, TSB picked it up from my home and replaced it the same day with a new one without any hassles. Excellent company to do business with, and we'll be back :)

The wedge pillow I ordered last week is perfect. Due to a medical condition, I need to sleep with my upper torso elevated. This pillow slips easily under the bottom sheet and then with a couple of normal pillows on top, it is exactly what I need. Treadmill 32Cm - This was delivered very fast, absolutely happy with the service and efficiency. The treadmill is great as well, the only down fall I have is that the handle bar/frame moves back and forth when you need to use it to stabilize yourself, it's still able to be used the only thing you have to get used to is when you need to stabilize yourself you have to remember the frame will move and not freak. I've tried everything I can do to tighten it but I'm unable to do that. Even though this issue is there I still rate this machine highly and it defiantly is worth the money. Thank you!!

Bought 2 × Walden 5 Drawer Tallboys. Flatpacks from TSB arrived quickly and undamaged. The jigsaw assembly, though, was quite complicated and lengthy (one item completed in two days). I realize that these items are probably bought in and on-sold by TSB, but the assembly process would be easier and less time-consuming if pilot holes were pre-drilled in the component panels. This would help with correct alignment necessary for a pleasing-looking flush finish to the drawers. It would also prevent having to re-drill holes to line up the drawers with each other (the re-drilling of holes by the customer could potentially just make a mess of the particle-board making a drawer forever dysfunctional). So - assembly is a bit hit and miss. TSB should take this problem up with their supplier/manufacturer. The finished product looked good and felt sturdy. Drawers, though, are not rated to hold heavy items.

Purchased a Queen sized Freddy Headboard through TSB Living. I was aware there were possible issues with the holes for attaching to the bed might not be standard and may have to be lent, or attached to the wall. I found I could attach to the bed with one of the precut holes and as it is up against a wall anyway, it has all worked out swimmingly. It looks amazing and has really given my bedroom a fashionable update without the huge price tag for either the headboard or the delivery!!

We did have an item broken upon arrival, but they were quick to resolve the issue and exchange it. The showroom/ordering process left a lot to be desired but I believe they are currently renovating which temporarily made the process more complicated than it needed to be - the showroom and warehouse are down the road from each other, the showroom didn't have the items we wanted to check out etc. However if you were just ordering online and then going to pick up your item, that would be a fine experience, staff are friendly and efficient, quality of product is fantastic

Purchased a spin bike. The pick up instructions weren't very clear (you can pick up same day if item in stock) but the online chat was very good. We waited some time at the pick up dock, might've been a miscommunication between front desk and the back and it was difficult to find someone to talk to. The bike itself isn't anything flash - the handle bar is a bit woobly, some plastic bits broke off, and there's a random screw we couldn't find a home for. For the price paid its a good buy - good resistant, relatively quiet and feels sturdy.

Recently bought a set of drawers from here. Box came damaged but everything inside was untouched. Instructions were a nightmare to follow and if assembled slightly wrong the whole thing will be wonky. Took me a couple of tries but overall afterwards is a neat looking tallboy . Very happy with it

TSB Living were prompt with despatch of my recliner chair. The chair appears to be well constructed but my only complaint would be that it does not recline back far enough putting you in a semi upright position if you want to have a rest at the end of the day. My other beef would be that the transport company were fine until it got to their Palmy depot then it sat there until I rang and hassled them to complete the delivery to me. And as they passed by my town to get there, go figure!

Bought a very affordable decent looking office chair (Klika Office Chair), if not, the most affordable in NZ market. The chair is comfortable, adjusts up and down easily. It's very easy to assemble too. Lastly, the service was second to none. Reason I said this is because one of the armrests was slightly damaged so I reported it to them immediately and I was dealt very professionally and very prompt. I too received an invalid tracking number. After waiting 10 working days (from shipping date) for delivery I decided to ring TSB Living. Despite being a little difficult to get hold of, communication was good. Was assured item was with courier. Courier adamant it was not with them. TSB launched an inquiry on Friday afternoon and item was delivered on Sunday morning to Hamilton. My gut feeling is that the courier was actually the problem. The parcel was also very damaged but the furniture item luckily wasn't. Furniture item as expected for cheap price paid.

Have purchased 4 sets of drawers, one bed frame, sofa and a mattress from TSB living in the past year. Everything is aesthetically pleasing and quality is as expected at the price. My most recent purchase was the Arizona Tallboy and unfortunately it had chips in multiple places and the drawers do not all line up so when you open them they fall slightly and are out of place - when closed however they look 'normal'. Despite these issues I've kept them cause I really can't be bothered going through the rigmarole of returning. Otherwise, everything else I've purchased has arrived quickly and the delivery persons have been great. The items have been as described and as expected - mattress is beautifully soft and comfortable, other sets of drawers are sturdy and surprisingly heavy and bed frame holds an adult and large, heavy king size mattress well. Sofa is a 3 seater where the back folds to create a bed - this was incredibly easy to assemble, it's fairly comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and as a sofa can hold two boisterous kids that roll and tumble around. Have not yet used it as a sofa bed and probably won't, at least for an adult as I'm not confident on its stability however at $300 and as a sofa I'm really pleased with it.

The actual bed is quite good once it is built but there was no labels on any pieces, the instructions were unclear and it would have been helpful to know which part was which. It took about 4 hours to piece together with vast amounts of yelling, crying and swearing never to buy flat pack furniture again! My husband wanted to give up mid-bed and just use the mattress but after some perseverance and a little bit of bribery, the bed is now complete with a happy 5 year sleeping soundly.

These chairs are very good. Keep in mind they are about a quarter of the price of others. So it’s not unexpected that the wood is lighter and they are a bit less chunky but they are comfy and look great. They have a thin coat of either paint or white primer so will need a coat of something eventually. The screws aren’t stainless so I will need to spray with rust oleum or something like that. Def recommend for the price.

I have had two Ozito 800w pump failures in the last year and although they have a 3 year warranty I have given up on this product. It is even more expensive to buy than this 1200w model. Persistent air and water sealing issues got too much and just lead to total unreliability and eventual failure. This new 1200w pump is much smoother in operation and went from the moment I connected it up. None of the sealing problems I have had with the Ozito pumps. Excellent product with good build quality and smooth in operation, no pulsing at start up. Only been installed for a day but running well and looking good so far.

We shopped a sofa bed from TSB Living couple of weeks ago, reasonable product for the amount paid. The people in the store were helpful and attentive. When we went home, we found out one of the legs of the sofa which attaches to the arm rest was faulty, we took it to the store and got a new arm rest in return. I am taking away two stars for the delivery company they use for overweight products. Even after specifically mentioning that we want late evening or early morning delivery, the message was not passed on to Titus Transport (Delivery company) and the delivery guy was rude to us as we were requesting him to deliver after 4. Even though after explaining my situation that there was no one at home mid-day, he said - "You be there right now or I leave it outside the door". I never expected such a response from a courier company. Horrible experience dealing with him. I would suggest TSB living to have a better delivery partner as it will be creating a bad image for the company.
