I couldn't speak more highly of this company. I ordered a book shelf which turned up promptly but unfortunately had a manufacturing fault. They weren't able to source a replacement as the item was discontinued but offered a very suitable replacement along with a refund for the difference. I had the new bookcase and refund for the difference within a week. Absolutely superb customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I bought a small and nice greenhouse to Urban Sales through TradeMe. As soon I paid the parcel was sent to me…but unfortunately didn’t arrive like it should have been. With no reason the parcel stayed several days in the depot of the courier in charge of the delivery. I sent an email to Emma from Urban Sales who immediately replied to me . During two days Emma, very kindly did a great follow up to find my parcel and informed me regularly of her investigations. Today the parcel arrived😊 Thank you very much Emma for your great help, kindness and service. PS : so nice to have had a person and not a machine to deal with this problem.

Thrilled with both the quality of the product, and the after sales service. I have assembled dozens of flat packs in my time, and these Ikea products would have been the best engineered. Instructions were straightforward and clear, and the end results were superb. One hinge on a cupboard door had been damaged somehow, but was replaced in a couple of days without hassle. I like this place, prices are definitely good not bad I just wish they had more in their showroom like they show on the website. If they had more samples in their showroom it would be better and easier to make decisions. Other than that the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful organisation. Emma coordinated a very tricky timeline of delivery that included Level 4, unconfirmed moving dates and surgery. Their communication is excellent, their responses are prompt, on the verge of instant. I have no intentions of buying from anywhere else now. I ordered a Alex drawer cabinet in a white oak finish. Urban Sales was the only company that sold that color. I had to pre order since Covid had caused all these stock issues. I ordered in June and got confirmation that it was arriving in October. It was a long wait and I did email urban sales just to make sure it was still coming. When they got it in I was notified that it was being delivered via Fliways courier. That’s when all the problems started. I received two messages from them saying it was being delivered. It never showed up even though the emails said it had. I waited before contacting them to give them the benefit of the doubt. After no word I called them twice only to be told I would hear back from their dispatcher. I never did. I looked up dispatcher email and sent a email and never heard from them. I then emailed Urban Sales and told them the situation. They jumped on it straight away, contacting Fliways and keeping me in the know. After a couple of weeks of enquiries I finally got it. Package arrived in good shape and cabinet is beautifully packed. I am very happy with my product and the customer service I received from Urban Sales, however, I think they need to look into a better delivery service.

Five stars for Urban Sales. We definitely recommend them and their products. We ordered a desk from Urban Sales online. We needed to ensure the desk would fit our space so it was essential that the product details were portrayed accurately. The product details were clear and accurate and the site was easy to navigate. Also, the price was extremely competitive - we couldn't believe we could get a good quality, well designed two-person desk AND get it delivered across the North Island for a total of $204! The online ordering process was straightforward (as you would expect it to be) and the desk arrived when they said it would. There was a slight delay because of COVID restrictions but that was reasonable and Urban Sales kept us up-to-date with what was going on via email. The product arrived when we were told it would. It was in perfect condition, well packaged and very easy to assemble. A couple of weeks later when I couldn't locate the invoice GST in my email I went online and requested it via chat. They sent it through immediately. We are delighted with the product, service and overall experience and have already recommended Urban Sales to friends and colleagues.

Great for Ikea lovers in Auckland. The online store has wide variety but not all are available to buy on-the-spot. This store is a small but good outlet with limited items on display and to give cutomized order. Very friendly staff, adequate parking. Delivery is usually 4-6 weeks.

After looking for a white cabinet with glass doors on the shore, we decided Urban Sales in Mt Wellington with their extensive knowledge and great IKEA stock was the way to go. The selection is not bad, the prices are meh, but the thing that gets me is that this might be the only online shop where buying *more* things means paying *more* for delivery 🤦‍♀️ and I'm not talking about large items, small items too. I literally removed some stuff from my cart just because the delivery cost would just be going up and up. This makes zero sense 🤦‍♀️

I have recently bought 2 IKEA chest of drawers. IKEA products are brilliant products, great quality and easy to put together. I highly recommend buying from Urbansales, products are of great quality and their customer service team is amazing. The 1 chest of drawers arrived with minor damage (this was done in transit). I filled out a damage form and I was immediately contacted by a member of the Urbansales customer support team (even on a Saturday). Shaira (customer support staff) was extremely helpful and gave me options for resolution, the responses were all very quick and informative. I have to commend Urban Sales for their service in selling the product and aftercare. Having ordered 2 Malm Lowboys on line, I was kept informed of supply and delivery at every point. The parcels were quickly dispatched and notification of delivery was spot on. A commendation to their delivery contractor who delivered on time and their driver took the to the room that I wanted.9 After assembling 10 of the 12 drawers, the 11th drawer had an incorrect piece which was Ikeas fault. IKEA is known worldwide but do not have superstores here. I heard their furniture is good quality. When I saw Urban Sales offering IKEA furniture and saw a particular table and chair set that looked to be exactly what I was looking for I was pleased. However, the web site said no stock for a couple of months. I saw the same set on TradeMe also being sold by Urban Sales. I inquired about stock and was told it would be about 2 weeks and they would reserve a set if I ordered straight away. Did so, and 2 weeks later the set arrived as promised. Fantastic! The furniture is good quality and was easy to assemble. Would recommend Urban Sales. I found them to be friendly and efficient and as good as their word. Will be using them for future purchases.

Love the shelf I bought from there at a great price too! Bought this for work and it is serving it's purpose well. Pick up was easy and effortless. They have a great system because of social distancing. My emails I'd received had gone to spam that was the only downside because I was waiting for the email. After a week I emailed them and they told me they'd already emailed. So check your spam in case. Otherwise everything was perfect!!

I ordered some Ikea furniture on their website. You can easily browse and see what's available when. The stock shown online is spot on. To my surprise the Courier turned up two days later already. The furniture is super-safely packed with a big "Fragile" tape around it (even if there was nothing fragile in the packs). And then it is just up to your Ikea assembly skills. Really happy with my experience with Urban Sales. My items arrived within the expected timeframe despite all the drama going on with COVID-19. Nothing was damaged and I felt the shipping cost ($90) was very reasonable considering I had 80kg worth of stuff spread over 5 packages sent to a rural delivery. The items themselves (washing basket, 3 storage baskets & very large, almost completely solid pine dresser) are great. Took about 2 hours for my husband and I to put the dresser together, but it looks lovely and we actually had fun doing it. Will definitely use Urban Sales again.

The staff at Urban Sales are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. As a company, their systems and processes are great. With so many shipments arriving each month, and what must be hundreds of orders they receive, they still communicated with me at each step of the way. There was a small supply issue with one item I ordered, but I did an online chat with Alex, and he sorted everything out, including offering suggestions & alternatives. He then followed up once my order was ready for pick up, and again after I had collected. The products speak for themselves - Ikea make great furniture, etc. But the service I received from all staff (in the showroom, in the warehouse before & during pick up, and from Alex) is the reason I will keep coming back to Urban Sales. I'm very impressed with the team at Urban Sales. Due to the virus, our orders from China were delayed. When they found out this was going to be the case, they got in touch with me quickly to inform the situation and to offer support. Had they not communicated this quickly, I would not have been able to make other arrangements and respond to it efficiently. They have been so professional and helpful. Recently bought an IKEA MALM Queen sized bed from here, however i had some issues with the Skorva midbeam so i wasn't able to complete the build of my new bed. I purchased the IKEA 3x4 bookcase/storage unit during Level 4, understanding they would not be able to ship until permitted by the government. As soon as they were, it arrived that first evening. Everything was intact, no damage, no scratches. Even though the instructions specified two people to put it together, I managed on my own in about an hour. We bought two Strandom lounge chairs based on the online information provided by Urban Sales. That included detailed measurements, that were important for us to know as we were buying sight unseen. It also helped to have an online video of the IKEA developer describing the chair. The chairs were dispatched the same day and arrived two days later. The only negative was that our chairs where bundled with another product, which has been a little inconvenient for us. But Urban Sales were quick to follow up on the mistake. The instructions for assembling the chairs are excellent and easy to follow. The only other wing back lounge chairs of a high quality that we could source locally were nearly four times the price. If you are looking to buy Ikea branded furniture and other accessories, this is the place to be in Auckland. It is worth the visit if you are looking for something for your home. The warehouse have setup some open display rooms which shows you the available items they have for you. There is also a Barista on site if you feel like having a cup of coffee to keep you sharp while you shop. The place is not too big and you can also visit their website before you make any physical visits.
