Outstanding service, great communication throughout the time it took for me to get down to auckland (lockdowns etc). The shop is amazing ,so many wonderfully sourced home furniture, we went away with more than we expected but smiling ear to ear. I still smile every time I see the chair we got :) Thanks Sara, You're awesome!

The furniture here really really fabulous! The range of leather sofa’s is amazing and I absolutely love the way they have used unique wallpaper to style different sections of the store. This store is wonderfully merchandised and just takes you off to another realm that feels so lovely.

I cannot say anything bad about our experience in dealing with Sara when ordering our custom made dining table and pair of matching side table. The level of customer service remotely was excellent. Highly recommended. I was looking for a quality study/office chair and tired of buying furniture that you end up throwing out after a couple of years; you know the stuff, fake leather that flakes and looks a mess in no time. I'd never heard of Urbano and found them on Google. They have some seriously good quality leather chairs and we are really pleased with the one we bought. Service: Delivered in less than 24 hours and even removed packaging for me - Thank you! Communication: Excellent, advised me on time of delivery and even called me to advise when they got stuck in the rush-hour.

Jason is a very wonderful person. He’s attentive and kind and just amazing. Debra is so helpful and amazing as well. This place has such an incredible variety of wonderful furniture and homewares. And the prices are shockingly affordable!!! My friend Ella just absolutely loved it too. The nicest service ever!!!!
