Great local quality furnitures especially in dinning and bar tables. outdoor or indoor. Price is a little bit high however the quality and material they used well resprect the price. Me and some of my friends all bought furnitures from them, never get disspointed. After all, I'd like to mention their CEO, a black Labrador, a cool and cute guy.

Extremely nice furniture. The owners are lovely and easy to deal with. I was very excited when I discovered their showroom - I wanted to own everything in it! Sadly, I can't give 5 stars, as the person they have doing their customer service is atrocious. Her communication is dismissive, badly written, unhelpful, and apathetic. In addition to this, she gave me misinformation about delivery time, which resulted in my furniture being delivered when I wasn't home, and left outside in the pouring rain for hours. Not impressed considering I had just spent $3,000! I am leaving my review here with the hope that the owners see it and address this issue. I personally would have loved to fill my home with black dog furniture, but being on the receiving end of such service is not worth the high price tag. You won't get far in the Auckland market with this level of customer service.
