WOW! We came in on Saturday, (sorry didnt get the young lads name) ... BUT ... Customer Service (tick,tick,tick), Product Knowledge (tick,tick tick), walked out with Weber BBQ, plus all accessories recommended! This was the quickest, easiest purchase plus gave us a 7.5% discount on the accessories. Awesome Staff Member, please pass on our feedback he is an asset to your team. :-))))

Absolutely amazing service by the young man that goes by the name of danny I believe. He was with me through start to finish when buying some barbecues for the kids in my basement. So incredibly helpful and committed to getting me the right barbecue for the job.

i was very pleased to see the lovely old school customer service from “Jamie” and “Danny” , i was inquiring about the BBQs and they both helped me and showed me exactly what i needed for my Christmas party, thank you very much both of you young men !!!!

After years of terrible service from 4 seasons, finally they have got two new sales guys. Jamie & Josh were helpful, professional and actually provided great service - something that has been missing from this store for years. 4 seasons has been known for its rude, arrogant sales staff for years and it’s only because of the brands they sell that I keep going back. As a female going into this store I was never taken seriously, but as the chief bbq-er in the family it was me they needed to sell to. Thanks Jamie for selling me a great Webber bbq. I’ll be telling all our friends to see you when ever they come into store.

We bought a Galaxy Spa from 4 seasons and dealt mainly with Chris and Cliff. We bought the spa blind as the model we wanted was not on the shop floor and when it arrived I did not fit in the over should massage seat as well as I did with the different model which was on the shop floor. The team at 4 seasons were great in helping to find a resolution, I honestly can't fault their customer service, they genuinely put wanted me to be 100% happy with the product and put my needs ahead of theirs. Not often that happens these days. Thanks guys, I couldn't be happier with the spa and the service I have received.

I brought a log fire from them. the installer they recommended to us is the best in chch (according to a building inspector we had) The store ordered a few things the wrong color but they were very quick to fix the issues and The installer helped to fix this also. When ordering I suggest to check and double check the order, that's all. Overall very happy. We went with them not so much because of the price but because they were very prompt in sorting a quote and ordering etc, when other stores were going to get around to us eventually. Purchased a Jayline UL200 ULEB fire. Awesome service, product knowledge and fabulous speed at organising installers within 1.5 hrs at my property to check for installation. Ultimate fire sales group in CHCH. (Highly recommend the Jayline for CHCH - best ULEB fire ever!)

great service, jamie vann was very helpful on the phone as i was inquiring about a BBQ i highly recommend jamie for all of your BBQ needs, Danny richards was also very helpful in store as he was showing me his expertise of Stoves. i give it a 10/10
