A.Good variety on show. Didn't have stock of what we needed and price we were told was more expensive than what their website showed.

Not a lot wrong with it except boring lack of style.
T.After scoruing Canterbury for a couch and being told there was a 6-8 week lead time we headed to Big Dave, spoke to Nick and had our dream couch 2 days latter.
A.Humongous selection and our sales person, Nic, was super helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely shop there again. Very happy with our purchase 😊
R.I got a great deal on two really nice plush range beds for my girls, they will sleep well for sure. Excellent service to match. Great price.

T.Brought a wish mattress medium firm good in price. We explained what I was looking for and Ankush showed where they were and gave us time to just sort out what was going to be suitable. Appreciate the service and great that they had genoapay as well.
A.Staff didn't bother to greet even though they watched me walk in. When I was eventually approached for assistance, the salesperson couldn't be bothered walking across the floor to get a proper quote from the manager. Wasn't impressed with the service so I didn't buy anything from here.

m.I have just bought a 3 piece suite from Big Save, Christchurch. I bought it on the Wednesday and it was delivered _ well wrapped in plastic sheet on the Thursday, just the day after buying it !
The service in The Store was excellent and the two delivery people, a young lady and a young woman were also. They gave me good notice of when they would arrive, carried it carefully through awkward doors and unwrapped it all for me to check. My thanks to all of you.

J.Big Save hve given me excellent service. I bought a lounge suite frm them 12mnths ago & it had a few issues which came to light rfta 6mths. After contacting the sho0 a salesperson came to view it & again 12months later. I still was not happy & they also agreed so offered me a total refund or a replacement. I o0ted for the latter & this mning a new 1 arrived. I cannot fault the service I was given & the pleasant way this has bn handles!

T.Ordered before Covid 19, but so impressed when we received our Madonna seafoam lounge suite, beautifully nz made ... and our delivery boys were awesome - above and beyond.
R.First visit was awesome, a nice showroom and great customer service on purchase and a hand getting items to the car, however second visit and collection of our ordered items wasn't so nice, the staff at the warehouse, were short and grumpy and unhelpful showroom staff really left me saddened from my first visit. Hopefully it was just an off day.
S.Good selection of furniture. Reasonable pricing and quality seems OK. Pick up of bed was easy and good bunch of lads out back to assist with the loading.
