D.After a new bed and wanted a deal. Waited until the black Friday sale only to find the sale price was the same as the online price 10 days ago. Eventually got to speak to the manager and get a better deal on what we wanted. Think there pricing tickets need to be more clear. But in the end we got a great deal. If you are looking at this price ticket would you think the black price is the original price and the red one the sale price.
T.A friend recommended Brownie's after we had been looking in a few other bedding and furniture shops. Long story short, Brownies beat them hands down on advice, service and price. I can't recommend them highly enough!

S.12/10 for Brownies Mattress, spent time in the shop and Genna, the manager, was so extremely helpful, patient and informative, with questions she must deal with a million times a week :) finally chose a mattress on the second visit. Genna let me negotiate on a good quality mattress, and as it was black friday, two pillows were added free. On top of that, her date of dispatch was on the button, and the delivery guys were well on time, cheerful and accomodating. Highly recommend Brownies Matress Direct for your next mattress. Nice to have such outstanding service in this day and age.

P.We had been physically looking for a new mattress for a while and I decided to look online. Found the Brownies website, which is amazingly user-friendly. Was able to search by requirements and sort in price order for ease of browsing. Ordered and paid for our mattress and had a phone call within an hour from a customer service team member to book our delivery two weeks out. Phone call on the day of delivery to confirm also and they were able to switch a delivery to suit us. Very happy with service and the product.
O.It is not often I write a review but when I'm blown away by the customer service like I was at Brownies I'm like "I must write a review"
We were served by Genna and to no exaggeration she provided THE best customer service I have had anywhere. She was so lovely and patient with us and made us feel comfortable despite us taking forever to purchase the bed. After some trouble we weren't able to get the bed we wanted for a couple of weeks and still Genna made us feel at ease allowing us more time and kept our bed at the back ready for us to pick up.
She was so helpful to the point we refused to go elsewhere for a bed as she had done so much for us and we even said and I quote "It's a shame Brownies only sell beds because I want to buy more things from there because of Genna...ID HIRE HER"
I hope she gets to read this and she deserves a pay rise or a bonus, so so good at her job and again THANK YOU so much for your help!

J.Just purchased my 2nd bed from Brownies after the 1st had over 10 years of great sleep.
Had made my intentions clear saying I wanted the best price for a quality mattress. I was taken out back to their excess stock (beds are normally made to order), as well as taken around all beds out front with explanation of why they do / don't think would be suitable.
Staff were super friendly and left me to try out all the beds to ensure I found the right one.
With finance options and free delivery (delivery guys were also fantastic putting it in the correct room / on the base and taking away all rubbish) brownies made bed shopping super simple and easy to find the perfect bed.
J.Customer service was fantastic, I needed to replace my mattress as the one I currently have is too firm and was giving me back pain. The lady that helped me, Chantelle was very helpful and showed me what to look for. I also love how it is risk free so if this mattress doesn't work for me I can return it within 3 months and try something else. Definitely recommend!
P.2 year review of our electric tilting bed and it's still the best thing we ever purchased for this house. We are in our 30s but this solved my shoulder pain and the slightest lift on the fly stops my snoring I'm told. Can't wait for a king size.

G.Just want to thank you for a seamless and efficient service. I ordered two Queen sized beds in your Christchurch store on Saturday, 13th August - this order was "squeezed in" to your total order for the week (thank you), with the delivery scheduled for Friday, 19th August.
As I am on a tight work schedule the sales staff confirmed that I would be contacted the day before to lock down the delivery time. When I spoke to the delivery team, they suggested that they could deliver my beds at 7.30am to give me plenty of time to get to work (no waiting around over a time period as with a lot of other companies).
Not only did they arrive slightly earlier (7.10am) they also set up the beds for me (and the delivery was free of charge!). A thank you to Stu and Hemi for this.
