C.We had a wonderful experience with Michael Russell when we ordered wood flooring and backsplash tiling for our new house. His expertise on these products made for a very pleasant experience and we were always met with a smile from him on the many times we popped in to McKenzie & Willis. He was wonderful to deal with, very professional, and kept us well informed on the progress of our order. Now that our flooring and splashback have been installed, we are absolutely thrilled. Their flooring installer also did a fantastic job.

E.Excellent curtain consultation service. The curtains are beautifully made. Vicki did a fabulous job of making sure the track height and placement really helped to open up and balance the rooms. If you want help finding or choosing gorgeous fabric options go and see Kate Claridge, her design eye is on point, she is a great listener and her knowledge of the catalogues is extensive. In addition the paint matching advice was inspired.
