m.This is the second time in 2 years that I have ordered from Target and both were great, product wise and customer service wise. Timings were perfect and the contact with customer service was great. Have to mention Peter and Destiny with the support I needed, they were great and made all the processes easy and stress free for me. All in all I highly recommend Target furniture.

K.I ordered a desk that was impossible to assemble ( screws were missing and the drawers weren’t right). Thanks to the service technician Peter I have now received another desk (assembled and ready to use). 🙏🏻 thankyou for taking care of your customers 😀

S.What I liked about Target Furniture was that they don't have pushy sales people jump on you as soon as you enter the door. They actually give you an opportunity to set foot in the door and have a good browse around.
Their timing was perfect in asking if there was anything they could help with. We ended up going away to look at other stores & then coming back for a 2nd, 3rd, 4th look - you get the point - we liked what we saw.
The lounge suites were good quality made. We were told that we could have custom made furniture e.g. fabric choice, soft, medium, firm etc.
Our sales consultant on the day was Lydia. She was attentive, courteous, helpful & patient. She helped us with our purchase & everything she/sales service/contact centre said would happen, happened.
Great customer service, easy transaction, no hassles. Would definitely consider returning to this store in future.
The only thing that I would suggest is that Target have someone install/complete the set up following delivery. We managed to do it ourselves, but there's bound to be customer's who might find this part challenging and/or overwhelmingly.
I.Bought a cd rack today Very friendly and helpful salesman went to a lot of trouble to help as i have a bad leg and cant move round that well . I note there is a large range of products in store well worth a look .Thanks again for your service Ian
N.Would like to take a minute and appreciate the amazing service I received at Target. The staff, Naren, was super helpful and very thorough with his work. He made sure the job got done to a high standard. Also thanks to the delivery team, Sunny and Brett, for doing an amazing job. They put everything in the correct room and were kind and friendly. Really do recommend this store to anyone who is looking to buy furniture in the future!!
S.Suzi was extremely friendly and informative! She helped us kit out our entire lounge and dining area with pieces from different collections so they all look great together. To top it off, the delivery guys went above and beyond, helping to move the old furniture out and move the new furniture in, and taking all the rubbish with them. We’ll definitely be back soon!
S.We were taken care of by a lovely member of staff by the name of Preeti. She went above and beyond to meet our needs and was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. E.Well TARGET get 5 stars in my opinion for customer service.
I cannot recall a supplier of any purchase we have made, where we were kept right up to date with the expected arrival of our order into store; the expected date of the delivery to our house; a further call to reconfirm delivery details; contact from the van delivery driver on the day of delivery to confirm the time they would be delivering to our home; and their very courteous communications whilst here. Lovely chaps.
The product (mattress) was very well packed and protected, if it lives up to the standard of customer service we have received during this whole process...we are on a winner .. THANKS TARGET & STAFF
M.I recently bought a bed and bedside tables from this store. Suzie was amazing to deal with. My husband is ill and she arranged for Tim to come out last evening, disassemble the old bed, store it in the garage for me and then assemble the new bed in our upstairs bedroom. All this was done outside of business hours. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I am humbled by the level of service and kindness offered to me by both Suzie and Tim and I can't thank them enough. We are also extremely happy with the quality of the product we purchased.
F.Fantastic range of Furniture and really amazing prices. Incredibly helpful and welcoming staff. Have also found that despite the low prices there is no reduction in quality. Bought a low prices Lounge suite from a competitor and have had nothing but problems but the dining suite and drawers I bought from Target and have absolutely nothing but praise. Next lounge suite will come from here for sure!!!

J.Very helpful with the process of choosing items of furniture - great knowledge of product - efficient with pricing, measurements, etc - kept in contact - the purchase procedure was so easy and options of payment were given and explained - Naren is a very good customer service rep and I would use him again.
B.I bought 2 pieces of furniture by phone, and received extremely helpful service from Naren. He followed up promptly with all information on delivery and after sales call to check it had arrived. I am very happy with my purchases.
A.My husband and I went into the store late Sunday afternoon wanting to purchase a table that we needed that day. We were looked after by Suzie who was very friendly and so helpful in making this purchase happen without having to place an order. Her service was excellent and we would definitely shop here again. P.Good variety and reasonable prices. Must be too good on products and prices as i didn't buy anything as there was no stock. Completely sold out. By the time the new stock would arrive, summer would be over and i wouldn't be able to make use of the outdoor furniture. May be next year! Please buy more stock next year as i heard the same story from others

J.I am providing a 4 star as when I walked in it was extremely quiet and walked around a bit till they noticed i was there. I had a gentleman help me with the new bed that I needed. i told him my situation and advised how i moved islands. the reason for the 4 star is that I would have liked to be offered a warm beverage while i waited and when i had to come back to collect but again waited. I also did not appreciate that when i went in the next day the sales person forgot who i was and did not remember me. this i find as poor customer service.
A.Recently purchased lounge suite, rugs and cushions for a new house. The sales people were lovely in providing service and helping choose the right combination for the living. Naren, Melissa and Tracey were exceptional in assisting us with their service. I will definitely buy all furniture for our rental properties that is currently under construction. Hats off to the Christchurch Team.
P.Great shop when you want new furniture NOW. I don't have 4 months to wait for a chair got the inlaws coming in a few weeks. Very happy, hubby said "best piece of furniture we've bought in a long time". Staff were very helpful and not pushy.

C.As a seasoned retailer I feel I need to tell the world that I just experienced service that was absolutely above and beyond!
Having called the team at target Christchurch to seek help with an internet purchase query; they voluntarily worked to resolve my issue and reschedule my order, virtually overnight and all while I thought I was simply waiting for someone in management to call me back to start the process.
I'm so impressed with their willing and commitment to providing excellent service; + until this moment I hadn't realised I was dealing with a CHCH owned franchise and so was deeply heartened to find out that I was also supporting local business with my purchase. Thank you Target CHCH you guys are excellent and I will most certainly be shopping with you again.
J.Gotta say I'm very impressed with the service I received from Narendra. I was having issues finding the right mattress and after 2 online only shops and 2 different unsupportive mattresses (and 4 hours of sleep a night for the last 2 months ) later I happened to be driving past Target and had a quick lie down on a certain mattress and it felt really supportive. After a bit of looking around I remembered about the mattress at Target so I called them and the salesman who answered said that the mattress was very good as he had had back issues and he had switched to the same mattress I was calling about 18 months ago and his back issues were fixed.
Now being a bit cynical about salesmen I thought I would call his bluff so I said if you can send me some pics of his mattress that I would come in and discuss things with him.
Well lo and behold he was legit and sent through the pics. So I went in the next day and got the deal done with him. He was very patient with all my questions and didn't try to push me and was very honest when I asked some questions and on top of it gave me a very good deal. So much so that as he went the extra mile I decided to write my 1st google review. Thanks a lot Narendra and Target for the reasonable price and great service.

I’d just like to say a big thank you for all your help, from the replacement headboard, to the bed frame assembly. Throughout the entire sales process your team from sales, Jim, to the lady who answered my phone enquiry (she had an Indian accent sorry can’t remember her name) to the warehouse team, have been excellent with your customer service and resolution to my problem.
Justin you responded to my dilemma quickly and listened to me, and was at my home within an hour sorting out the bed, and then followed up with a phone call advising me of the outcome.
This kind of customer service is the differentiator between companies, and I’d recommend Target to other people based upon my experience with your team.
I write this in my new comfy Budapest bed, after my first night’s sleep! 😊
