Best Customer Service I've had in a long while, all the staff were so helpful they went out of their way to please us. Bought an outdoor lounge suite and we love it ... thanks Team!

We bought a bed here in May and unfortunately ran into a bunch of delays with the supplier and the trucking companies which caused a bunch of trouble for both us and the store. However, the staff at this location has been amazing! From helping us choose the right bed to ordering to solving issues, these people are a pleasure to deal with. If you're looking for a store with friendly helpful staff and Special thanks go out to Yuriy, who has been so patient and so kind while dealing with our impatience with the delivery of our bed, and the trouble the companies threw at him when he was finding answers for us. It's been a lengthy and at times difficult progress, but Yuriy has kept us up to date every step of the way, trying to find answers and solutions to try and help us out. Yuriy, your customer service is absolute top tier and your patience is that of a Saint. Thank you for being kind and wonderful during this process, we appreciate you a lot!

We were very pleased with the knowledge and customer service from Eden in Dunedin and also the delivery lads (sorry didn’t get their names but they had to take off our front door) who had quite a challenging experience but managed brilliantly. Will definitely return for future furniture purchases.

Aaron, the new store manager is amazing. We had an issue and as soon as he knew about it he put it 100% right. You can tell quality and service are massive priorities to him. He listened and he really cares about the after sales service and his customers and it really shows in everything he does. It's made me a bit of a Big Save fan girl to be honest. :)

Great service from Cody who helped me with my inquires. Very helpful. Although his work mate i found rude and I felt to be an inconvenience because of a computer issue, also the way she spoke down to her colleague. If front of a customer. Costumer service skills for her a 3/10.

Absolutely outstanding top service received by Cullum Lynch today where we purchased two beds and headboards. It was our first experience of big save furniture Dunedin but with the serviced we received today will definitely recommend.
