Had some outdoor furniture from them 2 years ago. The strapping / webbing was starting to fray and break. They arranged to have them picked up and delivered to Christchurch upholsterer to have repaired and then delivered back again. All under warranty. Thanks to Emma who handled this for us without any fuss. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Recently purchased a bed and blind from McKenzie & Willis and had excellent service from everyone I dealt with. Really happy with the quality of my purchases too.

Initial help in consulting and assisting with choice of furniture was very helpful. One year later their interest in resolving a quality issue was very poor. I do not have the patience to continuing to go back to a store that is not interested in helping their customers after the initial sale. UPDATE: I have updated and changed my rating from my initial review (2 to 5 star) as Pam from McKenzie and Willis reached out to me and resolved the quality issue that we were experiencing. Thank you for you help Pam.

The friendly, professional service from the staff at McKenzie and Willis was superb.I was kept updated every step of the way . The range of samples was quite stunning and no effort was spared to help me find the material I was seeking. I was given a substantial discount as well, which was very welcome. I picked up the curtains today. i could not be happier with the workmanship and delivery. I chose McKenzie and Willis because I had seen other fine examples of their work and they will be my "go to" company in the future.

We went here looking for curtains for our spare bedroom. Wow what a collection they have to choose from. Was a bit worried where to start. Gabs looked after us. We had taken samples of the paper with us and she asked us about what we wanted. Off she went and bought us some choices. The fabric we like the most was chosen and we could now take it home to see what colour would suit best. You can have the sample up to seven days. Gabs put the information into a quote so we could see what the price would be. She said she would email it to us and if we wanted to remove anything from the quote we could (eg if we wanted to use an existing railing).
