Went to Big Save to find an L shaped chaise couch.Had the most helpful guy serve us. He showed us what was In stock and he was very polite and also very funny.Thank you so much for helping us make a choice. Good, service, quick arrival of a king single bed, was one that you assemble, I didnt know but I didnt mind that (if you like to build things) just make sure you have toolkit at home, overall easy, non complicated, fast service, delivery, will go back again.

Went into today to buy a couch and we were helped by Vaneet, he was absolutely amazing! He helped us find a lovely couch in our price range! Andrew was very helpful and understood what kind of lounge suite I was looking for. Asked the right questions and wasn't pushy. Furniture is nice and not too outrageously priced. I would have given 5 stars but was a little put back when I was told that we won't get the lounge suite for 5 weeks. It makes sense when it has to be made in USA.

New outlay. Have purchased many pieces of furniture over the years. Good range and some affordable lines. Not much room for movement or negotiation on the prices advertised. I will buy more furniture here but beware the competition between the sales people itching for commission make the experience quite frustrating at times - pushy for you to create invoices with their name on it in the system while u decide etc.

A M A Z I N G from start to finish. After much searching for a comfortable affordable 3 seater couch. We decided to go with Big Save furniture. We purchased the Geashill 3 seater + matching ottoman. We L O V E it !! Staff member that assisted us was very professional and efficient. The delivery people were well organised, friendly and very helpful in getting the couch down an awkward back way, as the couch could not fit through our front door. I would go back.
