Excellent service from Sushant with Furniture Zone Hamilton Central branch. He always responds to messages ASAP and I would recommend this store to anyone. Great products and such a low pricing compared to any other stores in New Zealand during the lockdown. Highly highly recommended.

Recently been to many furniture stores in Hamilton and had the worst experience and I was in a rush so I had to buy it from the worst store in Te Rapa. Entered the furniture Zone with the same feeling and I was surprised. 1. They welcome their customers with a smile 2. Will assist the customer promptly 3. Has a good knowledge about the items in store and where they are. 4. Always can do attitude 5. Understands customers situation very well 6. Gives you a value and respect for every thing you buy. 7. I brought a couch from furniture zone Hamilton store unfortunately the cushioning started to sink so I emailed the store (during level 3 lockdown) to my surprise I received a reply saying they will either repair it or replace it (once the country returned to level 2) After sending photos they agreed to replace it. Sushant the manager arranged delivery to Paeroa without any hassle at all. Very happy 😊with the quick response and excellent customer service especially during such hard times thank you Sushant and the delivery man

Brought a lot of new furniture fromFurniture Zone in Te Awamutu and had coffee table to match sent down from Hamilton to Oamaru. Really love the look and quality of the Stirling range of furniture we brought and the service was out standing from both stores. Great furniture and awesome customer service.
