A.The furniture is cheap, so check it carefully! The place is grubby, I don't think it's ever seen a vacuum or cleaning cloth! Bought a mattress which is good. I think the bigger furniture that needs assembly is what you need to check carefully. A lady before me had been having trouble getting a refund for a table that was missing parts that they then couldn't supply.
L.Affordable prices. I think the most down side of this store is the customer service. First time we went here, we felt like the staff didn’t really want to help us. The next following days I ordered a mattress online for pick up in store. I was very impressed when they responded via email a day after saying that it was ready for pick up in the next few days. Then the pick up day came, one hour before I was supposed to pick it up, they sent me an email saying the order wasn’t ready yet. Ok was a bit disappointed as I really needed the mattress. 3 days later, they sent me an email again saying it was now available for pick up tomorrow. But then just few hours ago, they sent me an email again saying it was not yet ready for pick up and now they are asking if I wanted to wait or just swap it to a different one. Hmm, I understand that we’re in level 3 and the restrictions can make shipment delays but why do you always say that the order is ready for pick up then take it back days after. I don’t usually give these kind of reviews but from a customer’s perspective, it is really disappointing. I actually want to buy more furnitures from this store online but now I’m afraid that this will happen again.

Always ifurniture is our favorite. We can get good house holding things with a great choice. Customer service is little reluctant.Once you decide your product. We have to go to counter and order it. Otherwise they have good products.
b.Great place, great prices, but all the items it wanted to see had no demo units out. I went to a physical store to see and try merchandise.
A let down there but otherwise great store
M.RECOMMEND! Asked a few questions via chat after placed order, respond from the seller was fast and clear. Table was installed and delivered to me, the young handsome delivery boy helped to remove the plastic wrapping and explained how to adjust the black roller if the table placed on uneven floor. Thumbs-up for the seller, delivery and the product, 100% satisfied.
C.By far the cheapest place in town to find decent furniture. Spacious store and plenty of furniture to see.
D.Staff in store did come up to help when waved down. Opted for delivery and was told 2 days. Delivery was perfectly on time. Was advised product would need assembly. Product was great quality and overall good service.
L.The staff is very prompt in responding to queries and accommodated my request for faster delivery. Table is good value for money given the price.
C.Anyone who is looking for modern funky furniture on a budget should visit these guys.
Especially there range of individual chairs that make a statement.

Ordered a desk and a chair can pick up within 6 days so not too bad as the stock comes from Auckland.
A.Really happy with the product and the delivery . Decent quality for the price and after-sales installation service is prompt and efficient. Great customer experience!
B.They had exactly what I needed, two folding wooden chairs. The store was much better laid out and the parking was easier than the Onehunga store. The stock was easily accessible unlike Onehunga which is a warren. The staff were efficient. The only odd aspect was the Christian radio station playing on the background.

Y.Very good pricing and choice of mattresses. I bought a very nice firm queen mattress there for 320 dollar. Maybe a bit dodgy shop ar first and the staff dis not come up to you but i actually liked that for once. It was worth it!

M.Going to buy my longesuite from here, $1500 for a 3.+2+1 is a bargain. Little cluttered but they have everything ready to deliver in a couple days. Suits my small budget just fine. Staff were happy and helpful too
R.I love the variety here and that they have quirky stuff that you don't find in the other stores. I've gotten a writing desk, a coffee table with a nice clear resin strip down the middle and a giant throne chair. If you don't want the average boring options you find in most furniture shops this is the place for you.
T.Cheap furniture but the damage cause in transit is a right pain. I bought a queen bedroom suite and every item was damaged including the replacements. It was actually about finding the least damaged item you wanted to live with permanently. Very frustrating because the furniture is beautiful. It isn't pack well enough to travel across the world to NZ.

L.By far the best furniture place in New Zealand. They have such a massive range of high quality products at low prices, their service is always super friendly, their organisation is excellent and anything they don't have in stock they're able to get within a week. J.There are some fashion design furniture in this shop. Those design are much better than other shops in town. We bought a table set for our kids at a reasonable price. May go again when we need to. BTW, the people there are funny and nice.
A.Good points: Nice selection and reasonable price
Bad points: Lady behind the counter didn't moved an inch while we were browsing for stuff. I had to go to her couple of times to ask things. Seems like she was busy behind the computer. Zero customer service and that put us off even though we liked few things and wanted to buy but no enthusiasm or interest shown by her as she seemed going through the motions. I saw one comment below and the owner has defended her, waiting for an explanation here. Btw I visited on Friday at around 3pm.
J.Many of my Korean friends introduce ifurniture to me. so I looked at the website and found a Smartville L shape sofa that was suitable for my home. I came to the store but unfortunately this sofa was not available at that time. The lady in the store was kind and advised the new stock would be available in around 2 weeks. She also recommended some other sofas in the shop. The products are fantastic and give me more ideas. The sales was patients and helpful. But I instanted to wait my sofa. We have kept waiting for a couples of week, the sofa finally arrived and the lady organized it well for me. It is really a well-organized shop and the staff in the shop are nice. The important is the product is in a really good price! I can’t believe I could buy a big L shape sofa in such good quality and the cost is no more than $1500. I will definitely recommend ifurniture to my freidns as well.
