It is not as huge as the other furniture shops in Hamilton but their selections are great. Very attentive staff too.

Good parking. Wheel chair access.store easy for wheelchair movement or pushchairs well done nood. easy to find surrounded by other stores lighting carpet Godfrey etc. Some very nice pieces. Good sales. Excellent customer service.

Didnt want to go into this shop as it looked expensive. But we happened upon a huge sale and were really surprised by the quality products. Spent way too much but so happy with what we got. There is a delay on delivery for one item, but staff have been impeccable at keeping us informed of timings and delays. They also offer a bonus scheme so you get 'nood dollars' to spend when you make a purchase. Still great service after multiple purchases especially from Gabriela.

A good selection of home decor and furniture most of which cannot be found elsewhere in NZ. The staff are friendly and helpful. Take note that most larger items incur delivery fees. Nice to see a NZ made sofa option now that is available in about 50 colours! Look out for regular sales that are usually 50% to 70% off.

Good place to go if you are after quality designer furniture at affordable price range or looking for epic gift to surprise your loved ones. However, there is bit of inconsistency in product knowledge depends on who you speak to which made me feel very confused and uncomfortable. Could work on staff training in general.
