V. M.Really shows up some other retailers in North Taranaki with regard to service. It was well worth the trip to look at and purchase a well known brand name recliner. Bronwyn was so knowledgeable with the stock instore and what could be ordered. There was no sense of rush or disinterest like we had experienced in New Plymouth. We will not hesitate to take a trip to Dimocks South Taranaki when we are next looking to buy any other furniture or appliance.
H.Brought furniture and when we got it i thought the manufacture of it was shoddy so phonéd Dimocks came down and agreed and so this morning we went and picked anothér one. Service was brilliant when buying and brilliant again when i complained. Would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you Dimocks for a marvellous solution my day is going great.
