I can't fault this place at all. The deal I got was great and the staff are fantastic. They know their products and their customers and nothing is too much trouble. The customer service is what will bring me back as a return customer. And a bonus is I'm absolutely stoked with my lounge suite.

Very helpful staff that assisted us in purchasing a lounge suite. We couldn’t decide and came back a couple of times, staff remembered us and provided more information about what we wanted to purchase to assist us in our transaction

Quite a few issues around my lounge suite purchase. Lovely staff but the communication isn't top notch at all when purchasing online. Have waited since early Sept for my couch and have heard nothing unless I ring. Website stated the wrong arrival date and even the new date still isn't correct. Just really disappointed and gutted. Am getting the shop floor couch then replaced when mine arrives so not too bad of an outcome :)

Very helpful staff. The building is being done up. Nearly finished... the decor has been updated and it is now a beautiful space showing off their furniture.

Ventured out window shopping or simply browsing. My grandson wanted company whilst checking what is available. Staff were excellent especially as we were browsing. Lots to view. Lots to check size wise but again the help was available. Store large and easy to find what you wanted to view.
