I don't usually write reviews good or bad,but the service I received was exceptional. I purchased a 3 seater couch, which was a bargain. I live in an apartment across the road from Furniture Gallery, Steve ,Jack and Barry carried the couch across the road and up to the 3rd floor, wouldn't fit in the lift. Then the fun began.the couch wouldn't fit through the door!! By this time Sean had arrived they had to take the door off after a lot of careful manoeuvring they finally got the couch into my apartment. Thank you for the great service guys. I'll certainly be back when I'm looking for more furniture.

Not overly impressed given ads on radio by Owner Barry Muir promoting how good they are. The lady wasn't sure on a number of issues. Had to ask to get her to check on facts, or whether they had brochures or not. She didn't volunteer to obtain the information. A "BIGGY" tho, was she chewed chewing gum all the time she spoke with us. Not a good look nor smell. How "unprofessional" is that?? Greatly I'd say. Needless to say, wasn't impressed.

What a lovely shopping experience! Barry is fantastic, helpful and informative and obliging. No pushing or heavy sales tactics here. Just perfect! A thumbs up for Shaun and Sandra too!

Barry and the team were awesome, bought our curtains through him and have just ordered a Layzboy suite, all done with ease and proper customer service. Shopped all over town, Greenslades told us what we wanted couldnt be done. Funnily they are one of the two other Layzboy retailers in town.

Bill and Marie are a great team .... they really make you feel comfortable ..... a really comprehensive range of beds too ... well worth checking out if you refurbishing. .... they even do drapes as well ...

Went on Sunday afternoon looking for a chair, got great service and a great deal on a second hand lay z boy chair, stayed open late so I could go home to get the bigger car, awesome service. Thanks heaps
