Awesome service from these guys. Was trying to buy a new bed on Boxing Day. Every other place had truckloads of beds on their website but none available to take immediately. One call to these guys and they did everything possible to help me drive away with a new bed same day. And we managed it. Thanks so much. Bed was also high quality at great price with 10 year warranty. Highly recommend.

I would give my experience at Beds Factory Direct **********10 stars if I could. The owner Sahil (sorry if I butchered your name) was BRILLIANT. He listened to what I wanted, understood my financial issues, and directed me to the perfect bed. He was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. The bed was delivered FREE (who does that these days??) and when he said it would. The prices were lower that I had seen anywhere else, so I was also able to purchase a new pillow and cool-gel underblanket. I have no hesitation in recommending Beds Factory Direct on Hastings Street, Napier to all my friends and family and to anyone who wants great service and a good night sleep. Sharon Richardson

I needed a new bed and heard from a friend to check out the beds at Beds Factory Direct on Hastings Street because they do great deals and that the people are lovely. So I did and I found a great bed for an awesome price and the same lovely man that sold me the bed also delivered it, to my house, which is down very steep steps. 5 star worthy service definitely.
