M.We went into Big Save Napier window shopping for beds and left with a new one. A staff member was fantastic and took us through their range without any pressure. This and the fact they had a great deal on resulted in a purchase. They maintained communication whilst awaiting delivery and the bonus was it arrived ahead of schedule. Fantastic service throughout.

D.My husband and I brought some furniture here about 12 weeks ago we were told thar it could take up to 8 weeks before it arrived. As it was coming from overseas there was a delay in shipping Raj the manager kept us I formed and as soon as it arrived he got it delivered even tho they don't usually deliver to the central hawks Bay on the weekend. When we unpacked my duchess we found a small imperfection Raj was only to happy to replace my duchess. All the staff are very friendly and happy and easy to get along with. Keep it guys you are all brilliant.
m.Absolutely love the service. We needed a queen bed for like now. He showed us the ecomonic options. Didn't try to sell us anything ridiculous. Then threw in 2 really good pillows. We will go back to get our lounge suit from them for sure.

S.Some great furniture, but a clearance lounge suite with no come back was cheap, thin leather which lasted less than 3 years.
However, we have a good bed, and a nice buffet, and these have lasted well.
