S.Customer service was excellent. Needed a bed for my son for university in another city. They worked hard to find a suitable bed, not much available in timeframe required, but they didn't just say tough luck, they gave us options, were knowledgeable and were clear about the process and I could tell they were doing everything possible to get us the bed in time. Fingers crossed it will arrive in time. I truly appreciated the effort they put in.
