L.They have spectacular products. The timing of a world wide trade issue is where I drop them in stars. I ordered my couches 13 weeks ago. They are due to arrive in 2 days. They gave me my delivery fee back but I was disappointed as bought the couches in good faith that they were in stock and they had to travel in from over seas. Would be good if they had some stock in reserve for customers before they put them on the stock floor.

N.Had really improved the layout and sales over the last few years, has some great deals. Unfortunately let down by the quality of assembly, so many items with draws that don't open properly and doors that hang unevenly, stopped me from going through with purchase.
J.The lady that sold me my lounge suite was amazing, definitely recommend. Product is great, definitely lived upto expectations. The sales lady made an instant personal connection. Unfortunately she lost her dog not long ago and everyone can relate to the feeling of losing a loving pet. None the less she took an interest in my dogs, and not solely over the sale which in comparison to Harvey Norman where my other option was, this sold me the lounge suite. It's not always about trying to take my money but to also make that connection with the customer. For that reason I will definitely be returning. That sales rep deserves a payrise. 👍

What we bought was an absolute nightmare to assemble and when we rang to see if we could have it done for us its a $70 charge and they couldn't do it until next week anyway.
So I just spent a whole day doing it with the missus.
Never again!
K.Popped in to order a mattress, and accidentally got the wrong size. When we got it home and realised I phoned up and Vicki was a star to deal with. She organised a delivery of the correct size mattress and pick up for the other one. Very happy with the service!
A.Even though the Alenya lounge room suite is no longer on the shop floor, you can still order it with staff. And with quite a generous discount as well. Can't wait for it to arrive and be delivered!

C.Large store with wide selection of furniture. Pretty good value compared with many other stores. The staff are usually helpful without being pushy. A lot of their furniture is made in NZ, so they often have options that can be customised for you (e.g., putting an extra drawer in a chest of drawers).

O.Visited number of furniture stores looking for a new comfortable lounge suite that would suit our family's requirments. Saw a couple we liked only to be told that we would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for them to deliver as they had to await stock from Auckland.Went to Big Save Palm Nth and they had mumerous suites at very good prices and when we found one that we really liked they had it in our lounge the very next day and we love it ! Excellent friendly service , thankyou especially to Tania ..

Ordered a set of bedsides from this store, I was advised they were due to arrive in November 2021 for December 2021 delivery and preferably prior to Xmas, that clearly did not happen and no communication was made from the store regarding the delay, was advised when I called to follow up that it will be delayed further, the man I spoke to was quite rude as I did not go through him for the sale. Finally ended up receiving them in Feb 2022. After sale customer service at this was horrible to deal with.
