J.Very friendly and welcoming staff, even though they were busy rearranging their store
J.Saw my purchase online and when I visited the store to purchase the staff were extremely helpful and informative.
B.I know alot of people love there stuff, i didn't find anything i thought was worth the extra price they have on there products. I also found the staff unhelpful and kinda rude. I acknowledge they had a whole lot of new stock they were trying to unpack, but the store was open and we were legitimate customers. So expect a bit better.
T.Nice shop but expensive and not a lot of stock
K.Customer service needs an improvement. Hardly have staff come around and see if you are looking for something. Have had to go look for staff to ask for help in finding what we were after even though the shop was not busy. They definitely have a good range of unique furniture with affordable prices
K.Was hoping to view some of the art/prints I saw online. But not a flagship store so didn't have alot
And what they did have was hard to find as it was not hung. Personally don't want to buy something pricy before I see it in person.
t.Top shop, young lady that sold us the two large pots is worth twice what your paying her she will go a long way in sales.
P.Typical Freedom furniture store - like a downmarket IKEA store. Interesting for a look but most of the stuff lacks a quality finish.
